摘要:
In this paper, a denoise approach is proposed to reduce the speckle noise in SAR images based on compress sensing. Through the skill of compressed sensing, we divide the image into some blocks, and propose an image reconstruction method based on block compressing sensing with Orthogonal Matching Pursuit. By adding some simulated speckle noise in the SAR image, the performance of the proposed approach is shown and compared with a conventional algorithm. the result has been shown that our method can get better result in terms of peak signal noise ratio (PSNR).

摘要:
Aim to build a good service environment in public technical network and create a opportunity for middle-small enterprise developing and growing,a technology service information system (MSETSIS) is designed,according to the characteristics and requirements of middle-small enterprise.Main content,modules and performance of MSETSIS are systematic exposited;middle-small enterprise technology service information system includes four service functions,and they are divided into 19 sub modules,and the main modules are introduced in detailed.In order to improve the efficiency in selecting and optimizing manufacturing resources,genetic algorithm is used in MSETSIS.The design method has been successfully applied to the practical system,and proved the feasibility of the design.

Fuzzy controllers with variable universe of discourse (VUD) have been applied in many fields of intelligent controlling because of their high-accuracy performance. This paper provides a lookup table method to design backing-up fuzzy controllers based on VUD. By setting a set of random start points, input-output data pairs are obtained using test-driving method. One data pair defines one fuzzy rule and also assigns the strength of every fuzzy rule. Conflicting fuzzy rule groups are integrated into one fuzzy rule by selecting the one with the maximum strength. A fuzzy rule table is built by the fuzzy rules deduced from input-output data pairs. Simulation experiments show that the VUD fuzzy controller outperforms the general fuzzy controller in accuracy at the final position of the parking lot.

摘要:
In this article, by using the fractional order PIλ controller, we propose a simple and effective method to compute the robust stability region for the fractional order linear time-invariant plant with interval type uncertainties in both fractional orders and relevant coefficients. The presented method is based on decomposing the fractional order interval plant into several vertex plants using the lower and upper bounds of the fractional orders and relevant coefficients and then constructing the characteristic quasi-polynomial of each vertex plant, in which the value set of vertex characteristic quasi-polynomial in the complex plane is a polygon. The D-decomposition method is used to characterise the stability boundaries of each vertex characteristic quasi-polynomial in the space of controller parameters, which can obtain the stability region by varying λ orders in the range (0, 2). These regions of each vertex plant are computed by using three stability boundaries: real root boundary (RRB), complex root boundary (CRB) and infinite root boundary (IRB). The method gives the explicit formulae corresponding to these boundaries in terms of fractional order PIλ controller parameters. Thus, the robust stability region for fractional order interval plant can be obtained by intersecting stability region of each vertex plant. The robustness of stability region is tested by the value set approach and zero exclusion principle. Our presented technique does not require sweeping over the parameters and also does not need linear programming to solve a set of inequalities. It also offers several advantages over existing results obtained in this direction. The method in this article is useful for analysing and designing the fractional order PIλ controller for the fractional order interval plant. An example is given to illustrate this method.

摘要:
The cryptographic algorithm MIBS was proposed in CANS 2009.It is a lightweight cryptographic algorithm which is currently suitable for the implementation such as RFID Smart Card of the IoT.It is studied to achieve the hardware area optimal implementation of encryption algorithm MIBS.Firstly, the same round operation is implemented only once.Secondly, Permutation byte is only necessary to change the order, so we can do one of the Mixlayer and Permutation.Thirdly, updateKey and SubCell are required in S-box.The two modules are not encapsulated.It can be achieved through assign functions.It is called in S-boxes at the same time in MBISRound, this can save register.We use the assign functions so that the MIBS encryption is completed only requiring 32 clock cycles.Experimental results show that the optimized MIBS is less than original MIBS on FPGA.To our knowledge, this is the first issue about implementation of MIBS algorithm on FPGA, which can provide reference for the further application of IOT encryption.

摘要:
The biological sequence mutation and comparison problem is a basic problem in the biological information science and is the foundation for modern life science research. this paper studies the precision of the DNA gene sequence comparison, proposes a multiple genome DNA sequence comparison algorithm. this algorithm is specially designed for the multiple comparisons of the long genome sequences based on "mode algebra" theory of the the sequence mutation and comparison. This algorithm first finds the similarity between sequences or uses the matched sub-straings as "anchor" and then compares and align the parts between these anchors. The test results and analysis indicate that the method proposed in this paer can effectively save space and improve the comparison efficiency of the sequences. This method is valid.

摘要:
The existing transportation service system in public travel route can not satisfy the people's actual travel need because of various technologies reasons. In our study, we set the tourist attractions as a vertex, and simplified the traditional algorithm for complex network computing. Aim to use the advantage of Dijkstra algorithm, the Dijkstra algorithm was applied to tourism path search. The experimental results have illustrated that the Dijkstra algorithm can accomplish a good result in search efficiency.

摘要:
To aim the problem of document image segmentation, we propose a topic model based method to segment the document images into several areas, such as text, background, tables and figures. In the past, the segmentation of document images focused on threshold based method or supervised learning method. In our work, we firstly build a codebook by using PCA and K-means which only need an unsupervised learning method. Then, the document images are coded using codebook and the probability of each code is calculated using LDA based method, which is followed by a Markov random field, based labeling procedure. The advantage of proposed method include: unsupervised learning phase more reliable probability from LDA and smoothed segmentation results from MRF.

Aim to improve the disadvantage of tradition Dijkstra algorithm, an improve algorithm was proposed to improve the path search efficiency. Then the improved Dijkstra algorithm was applied to tourism path search. The experimental results have illustrated that the improved Dijkstra algorithm can accomplish a better result and improve path search efficiency.

摘要:
Human face three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction is a challenging problem. In this paper, we propose a human face fast- 3D- reconstruction method based on image processing with a single image. Shape from shading (SFS) is chosen to reconstruct the human face. First, SFS theory is introduced. It has the advantage of fast 3D reconstruction and only need a single image. Secondly, because the noise will affect the 3D reconstruction result greatly, wavelet transform and wavelet packet transform are introduced and used in image denoising respectively. The experiment has shown that the method based on wavelet transform produces the best denoising result than wavelet packet transform. At last, a human face 3D reconstruction algorithm based on a single image is proposed. The experimental results show that a human face 3D model can be reconstructed in fast by proposed algorithm.

摘要:
Research on SMT solder joint image segmentation can formed feedback information of the products assembly which is used to control and adjust the SMT assembly, and is useful to guide SMT to improve the quality and process of SMT products. In our study, we improve a novel approach of SMT solder joint image segmentation. During our method, the process has three steps. At first, the RGB image of solder joint is converted into HSV image. Second, we segment the solder joint by color domain 2D histogram threshold. Last, mathematics morphology processing is used to improve the segment accuracy. Experimental results show that the proposed method retains the structure of the solder joint images leading to an effective segmentation.

A extraction approach is proposed based on an image processing in order to improve the accuracy of 2D quality information extraction for surface mount technology (SMT) BGA(Ball Grid Array) solder joint of chip components. First, some appropriate image processing algorithms are utilized to eliminate the noise in the solder joint image. And a binaryzation image is obtained after character. Then the BGA Solder Joint 2D quality information extraction system is developed based on Visual C++, and the 2D quality information of solder joint circumference, area, void area, and diameter, are obtained. The experimental results have illustrated that the system can accomplish a good extraction result.
摘要:
The time-series is the collection of chronological varying numerical ordered by time. It has a wide existence of image data, text data, hand-written data and the brain scan data patterns. The present research of time-series concentrates on series data transformation, similarity search, forecast, classification, clustering and Visualization etc. Furthermore the trend forecast of time-series is the major basis of other related research. This paper analyses the existing time-series forecasting methods and puts forward a new time-series method based on principal component analysis. The example tests the validity of the method of other related research.
