摘要:
以2-(对甲基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸(2-PMBBA)和1,10-邻菲啰啉(Phen)为配体合成了一个新的锌(Ⅱ)配合物Zn(2-PMBBA)_2(Phen)。该配合物晶体属正交晶系,空间群Pccn,晶胞参数:a=1.371 6(4) nm,b=1.336 8(4) nm,c=1.928 7(5) nm,V=3.536 4(17) nm~3,D_c=1.360 g·cm~(-3),Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=0.746 mm~(-1),F(000)=1 496,最终偏离因子R_1=0.035 8,wR_2=0.086 1。在标题配合物中,中心锌(Ⅱ)离子的配位数是4,处于变形的四面体配位环境中,这是不多见的。本工作还测定了标题配合物的电化学、磁性及荧光性能。结果表明:循环伏安过程中,配合物的电子转移是不可逆的,对应的电极反应是Zn(Ⅱ)/Zn(0);在300~7 K,配合物有抗磁性;当激发波长为224 nm时,配合物在450和472 nm处有强的荧光发射峰。

摘要:
This paper has presented a novel strategy to carry out direct and sensitive determination of bisphenol A (BPA) based on the graphene modified acetylene black paste electrode (GR/ABPE). This modified electrode was obtained by one-step potentiostatic reduction of exfoliated graphene oxide sheets on the surface of ABPE. Due to the unique structure and extraordinary properties of GR and AB, the fabricated sensor displayed greatly improved voltammetric response to BPA compared with the conventional carbon paste electrode. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range for the detection of BPA was from 0.8 nM to 10.0 nM, 10.0 nM to 8.0 μM and 8.0 μM to 0.1 mM, with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.6 nM. Additionally, this newly-developed method possesses some obvious advantages including extreme simplicity, rapid response and low cost. The practical analytical performance of the GR/ABPE was examined by evaluating the detection of BPA in plastic products with satisfied recovery. ©2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A sensitive and reliable electrochemical method was developed for determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in plastic products using an acetylene black paste electrode coated with salicylaldehyde-modified chitosan (denoted as S-CHIT/ABPE). In the second-order derivative linear sweep voltammetry technique, BPA yielded a very sensitive and well-defined oxidation peak at 842 m V in 0.2 mol L<sup>-1</sup> HCl solution. Owing to its unique structure and extraordinary properties, S-CHIT/ ABPE showed higher accumulation efficiency toward BPA compared with bare ABPE, and significantly enhanced the oxidation peak current of BPA. Under the optimum conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to the concentration of BPA over the range of 4.0 ×10<sup>-8</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>~1.0 ×10<sup>-5</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>. The detection limit (S/N=3) was 2.0 ×10<sup>-8</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>. The fabricated S-CHIT/ABPE not only exhibited strong adsorption capacity toward BPA, but also provided remarkable stable and quantitatively reproducible analytical performance. Additionally, this newly-developed method possesses some obvious advantages including high sensitivity, extreme simplicity, rapid response and low cost. ©2013 Taylor &Francis.

摘要:
A new kind of nanocomposite based on silver nanoparticles (AgNPs)/graphene oxide (GO) was conveniently achieved through a green and low-cost synthesis approach using glucose as a reducing and stabilizing agent, and the synthetic procedure can be easily used for the construction of a disposable electrochemical sensor on glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The nanocomposite was detailedly characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The experimental results demonstrated that the nanocomposite possessed the specific features of both silver nanoparticles and graphene, and the intrinsic high specific area and the fast electron transfer rate ascribed to the nanohybrid structure could improve its electrocatalytic performance greatly. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were employed to evaluate the electrochemical properties of AgNPs/GO/GCE towards tryptophan, and the AgNPs/GO film exhibited a distinctly higher activity for the electro-oxidation of tryptophan than GO film with tenfold enhancement of peak current. The oxidation mechanism and the kinetic parameters were investigated, and analysis operation conditions were optimized. Under the selected experimental conditions, the oxidation peak currents were proportional to tryptophan concentrations over the range of 0.01. μM to 50.0. μM and 50.0. μM to 800.0. μM, respectively. The detection limit was 2.0. nM (S/. N=3). Moreover, the proposed method is free of interference from tyrosine and other coexisting species. The resulting sensor displays excellent repeatability and long-term stability; finally it was successfully applied to detect tryptophan in real samples with good recoveries, ranging from 99.0% to 103.0%. © 2012 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
利用Gaussian 03W程序,在LANL2DZ基组,对三羰基茂卤钼复合物进行理论研究,进行了全结构优化复合物体系的构型,振动频率分析结果表明复合物体系的结构稳定,在此基础上进行单点计算,结果表明,钼原子位于环戊二烯环上形成半夹心结构.复合物的键角、键长、Wiberg键级、原子电荷和体系能及前沿分子轨道组成分析表明,钼原子与环戊二烯之间通过p-7和d-π作用形成“氢键”,环戊二烯碳上的p电子向钼原子的d轨道转移,形成电荷转移复合物.

摘要:
We report on a glassy carbon electrode that was modified with a composite made from graphene oxide (GO) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) that enables highly sensitive determination of L-tyrosine. The sensor was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and its electrochemical properties by cyclic voltammetry, chronocoulometry and differential pulse voltammetry. The GO/MWCNT hybrid exhibits strong catalytic activity toward the oxidation of L-tyrosine, with a well defined oxidation peak at 761 mV. The respective current serves as the analytical information and is proportional to the L-tyrosine concentration in two ranges of different slope (0.05 to 1.0 μM and 1.0 to 650.0 μM), with limits of detection and quantification as low as 4.4 nM and 14.7 nM, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of L-tyrosine in human body fluids. The excellent reproducibility, stability, sensitivity and selectivity are believed to be due to the combination of the electrocatalytic properties of both GO and MWCNT. They are making this hybrid electrode a potentially useful electrochemical sensing platform for bioanalysis. Figure A new L-tyrosine electrochemical sensor was fabricated based on graphene oxide and multiwalled carbon nanotube. The prepared sensor exhibits excellent electro-catalysis to the oxidation of L-tyrosine, and can improve determination sensitivity and decrease detection limit. This sensor was successfully applied to detect L-tyrosine in human fluids with satisfactory results.

摘要:
We report on a voltammetric sensor for bisphenol A (BPA) that is based on an acetylene-black paste electrode modified with a chitosan film molecularly imprinted for BPA. The sensor responds linearly to BPA in the 80 nM to 10 μM concentration range, and the detection limit is 60 nM (at an S/N of 3). The use of a molecular imprint provides an efficient way for eliminating interferences from potentially interfering substances. The high sensitivity, selectivity and stability of the sensor demonstrate its practical application for the determination of BPA in plastic samples. 摘要:
A copper(II) complex (CuL, 1) with aminothioether ligand and its new inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin (CuL/β-CD, 2) have been prepared successfully. The binding modes of both complexes with calf thymus DNA were investigated by UV-visible and circular dichroism spectroscopies. Results show that both complexes mainly adopt electrostatic attraction binding mode with DNA and binding constants are (2.02 ± 0.02) × 103 and (1.79 ± 0.05) × 103 M-1, respectively. Both complexes are able to cleave pBR322 plasmid DNA efficiently in the presence of ascorbic acid and the activity of 2 is higher than that of 1. The DNA cleavages by 1 and 2 were inhibited strongly in the presence of DMSO and tert-butyl alcohol, which suggests that hydroxyl radicals are reactive oxygen species for the cleavage.

摘要:
A graphene oxide (GO) film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated for sensitive determination of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). The GO-based sensor was characterized by scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical behaviors of 4-NP at the GO-film coated GCE were investigated in detail. In 0.1 M acetate buffer with a pH of 4.8, 4-NP yields a very sensitive and well-defined reduction peak at the GO-modified GCE. It is found that the GO film exhibits obvious electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of 4-NP since it not only increases the reduction peak current but also lowers the reduction overpotential. Based on this, an electrochemical method was proposed for the direct determination of 4-NP. Various kinetic parameters such as transfer electron number, transfer proton number and standard heterogeneous rate constant were calculated, and various experimental parameters were also optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the reduction peak current varies linearly with the concentration of 4-NP ranging from 0.1 to 120 mu M, and the detection limit is 0.02 mu M at the signal noise ratio of 3. Moreover, the fabricated sensor presented high selectivity and long-term stability. This electrochemical sensor was further applied to determine 4-NP in real water samples, and it showed great promise for simple, sensitive, and quantitative detection of 4-NP. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. 三环己基氢氧化锡与2-氨基-6-氯苯甲酸按物质的量比1∶1在苯溶剂中反应合成了三环己基锡2-氨基-6-氯苯甲酸酯。经X-射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P2_1/c,晶体学参数a=0.952 00(4)nm,b=0.918 55(3)nm,c=2.909 12(12)nm,β=93.187(2)°,V=2.539 97(17)nm~3,Z=4,D_c=1.409 g.cm~(-3),μ(Mo Kα)=11.31 cm~(-1),F(000)=1 112,R_1=0.038 2,wR_2=0.098 6。中心锡与环己基碳原子和氧原子构成畸型四面体。对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及一些前沿分子轨道的组成特征。通过循环伏安法研究了其电化学性质。

摘要:
二正丁基氧化锡和邻氯苯甲酸按物质的量比1∶2,通过微波固相合成法合成了二正丁基锡邻氯苯甲酸酯配合物{[n-Bu2Sn(O2CC6H4Cl)]2O}2。经X射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P 1,晶体学参数a=1.17653(4)nm,b=1.20672(4)nm,c=2.74090(9)nm,α=80.493(2)°,β=83.995(2)°,γ=64.260(2)°,V=3.4547(2)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.525 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=16.34 cm-1,F(000)=1592,R1=0.0414,wR2=0.1349。晶体中每一个结构单元包含了2个键参数完全不同的以Sn2O2构成的平面四元环为中心环的二聚体结构分子,锡原子均为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型。对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及部分前沿分子轨道的组成特征。

摘要:
Molecularly imprinted polymers on the surface of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) have been developed for selective recognition for Ribavirin. The composites (MWNTs/MIPs) were prepared by using Ribavirin as the template molecule, acrylamide (AAM) as the functional monomer, N, N- methylenebisacrylamide (NNMBA) as the cross-linker. MWNTs/MIPs obtained were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The properties such as adsorption dynamics, special binding, and the selective recognition ability were evaluated. The adsorption equilibrium was arrived in about 4 h which indicated that the adsorption kinetic was comparatively fast. The results of binding and selectivity experiments showed that the MWNTs/MIPs could bind the template molecule selectively in aqueous media. ©Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2012.

摘要:
A novel and convenient electrochemical method has been developed for sensitive determination of melamine (MEL) using ascorbic acid (AA) as the recognition element. The working electrode employed in this method was modified with the nanocomposite of hydroxyapatite/carbon nanotubes to enhance the current signal of recognition element. The interaction between MEL and AA was investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry, and the experimental results indicated that hydrogen bonding was formed between MEL and AA. Because of the existing hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction, the anodic peak current of AA was decreased obviously while the non-electroactive MEL added in. It illustrated that the MEL acted as an inhibitor to the oxidation of AA and the decreasing signals can be used to detect MEL. Under the optimal conditions, the decrease in anodic peak current of AA was proportional to the MEL concentrations ranging from 10 to 350 nM, with a detection limit of 1.5 nM. Finally this newly-proposed method was successfully employed to detect MEL in infant formula and milk, and good recovery was achieved.

摘要:
A simple and highly sensitive electrochemical method for the simultaneous and quantitative detection of ascorbic acid (AA) and rutin was developed, based on an acetylene black paste electrode coated with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide film (denoted as CTAB/ABPE). In 0.1 mol L<sup>-1</sup> HCl aqueous solution, the prepared modified electrode showed higher accumulation efficiency toward AA and rutin compared with bare ABPE, and significantly enhanced the peak currents of AA and rutin. The difference of the anodic peak potentials between AA and rutin was about 350 mV, which is large enough to determine AA and rutin individually and simultaneously. The electrochemical behaviors of AA and rutin were carefully investigated with the electrochemical parameters calculated. Under optimized conditions, the linear calibration ranges were 2.0 ×10<sup>-6</sup> M to 1.0 ×10<sup>-3</sup> M for AA and 6.0 ×10<sup>-9</sup> M to 1.0 ×10<sup>-5</sup> M for rutin, and the detection limits (S/N = 3) were 1.0 ×10<sup>-6</sup> M and 4.0 ×10 <sup>-9</sup> M, respectively. This modified electrode was applied to direct simultaneous determination of AA and rutin in the selected pharmaceutical samples without previous chemical or physical separations. Moreover, the CTAB/ABPE offers some advantages including low cost, facility of construction, good reproducibility and high stability. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
