摘要:
本发明公开了一种检测尿酸的电化学传感器及其制备方法和应用,电化学传感器包括玻碳电极,玻碳电极表面涂覆电还原氧化石墨烯和氧化亚铜纳米粒子形成的膜。该电化学传感器制备的主要过程是:以石墨粉为原料,通过改良的Hummers方法制备氧化石墨,将氧化石墨超声分散在蒸馏水中得到氧化石墨烯溶胶,再利用超声的作用将氧化亚铜纳米粒子固载在氧化石墨烯片层上,在玻碳电极表面用滴涂法修饰氧化石墨烯-氧化亚铜纳米复合材料,最后通过恒电位还原氧化石墨烯得到电还原氧化石墨烯和氧化亚铜纳米复合膜。本发明提供的尿酸电化学传感器具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、需样量少、抗干扰能力强、检测时间短,成本低等优点。

本发明涉及电分析化学技术领域,具体公开了一种用于左旋多巴胺定量检测的电化学传感器及其制备方法。所述的用于左旋多巴胺定量检测的化学电极的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:S1.将柠檬酸和氧化石墨烯分散在水中,形成溶液1;S2.将FeCl<sub>3</sub>和NiCl<sub>2</sub>·6H<sub>2</sub>O溶解在水中,形成溶液2;S3.将溶液2逐滴加入到溶液1中,调节pH值为9~10后搅拌1~2h形成混合悬浊液;S4.在上述悬浊液中加入肼继续搅拌1~2h,然后陈化10~12h,经离心、洗涤、干燥得NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/RGO纳米复合材料;S5.将NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/RGO纳米复合材料超声分散后,涂覆在工作电极的表面,得NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/RGO复合膜修饰电极。所述的电极或由所述电极制备得到的化学传感器在左旋多巴胺的检测过程中具有极低的检出限以及良好的稳定性、抗干扰性以及重现性。

摘要:
Fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have attracted increasing attentions in recent years due to their high selectivity and sensitivity for target molecules. In this study, two cholic acid imprinted fluorescent polymers, i.e., MIP<inf>1</inf>and MIP<inf>2</inf>, were prepared using 4-dimethylamino-N-allylnaphthalimide (F<inf>1</inf>) and 4-piperazinyl-N-allylnaphthalimide (F<inf>2</inf>) as the fluorescent functional monomers, respectively. The fluorescence intensity of MIP<inf>1</inf>decreased linearly with the increase of the template concentration in the range of 1.50-120.0 μM, while the fluorescence intensity of MIP<inf>2</inf>increased linearly with the increase of the template concentration in the range of 0.40-110.0 μM. The detection limits of MIP<inf>1</inf>and MIP<inf>2</inf>for cholic acid were 0.42 and 0.083 μM, respectively. The mechanisms of the fluorescence responsive of the imprinted polymers were discussed. The results of fluorescence measurement and binding experiments demonstrated that both imprinted polymers have high recognition abilities and binding affinities for the template. The imprinted polymers have been successfully applied to the determination of cholic acid in human serums. The present study indicated that 1,8-naphthalimide can be used as a modular building block for design and construction of various fluorogenic molecularly imprinted materials for practical sensing and separation. ©2015 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
This paper reports a new strategy for preparation of 2D molecularly imprinted materials (MIM) through the exploitation of thiol-ene click chemistry. 2D MIM for cholesterol was prepared using cholesterol as the template, acrolyl-modified β-cyclodextrin (acrolyl-β-CD) as the functional monomer, and thiol-modified SBA-15 (thiol-SBA-15) as the supporter. In this method, acrolyl-β-CD molecules were assembled around the templates by formation of template–monomer inclusion compounds. Then the acrolyl-β-CD molecules were anchored to the walls of the mesopores of SBA-15 via the thiol-ene click chemistry. After removal of the template molecules, the resulting recognition sites were formed in the mesopores of SBA-15. TEM, XRD, and N<inf>2</inf>adsorption–desorption analysis results demonstrated that the synthesized MIM had a highly ordered mesoporous structure. Results from FT-IR revealed that acrolyl-β-CDs have been successfully conjugated to SBA-15. The density of β-CDs attached on the MIM is determined by EA and TGA. The equilibrium binding amounts of MIM and non-imprinted materials (NIM) for cholesterol are 53.50 and 25.24 μmol/g, respectively. The 2D MIM exhibited binding affinity and specificity for a group of analytes which have similar size and shape to those of template. The application of the prepared materials as stationary phases in thin layer chromatography was investigated preliminarily. The imprinted materials had higher retention ability for the template than the NIM. The retention factors (R<inf>f</inf>) of cholesterol on MIM and NIM are 0.62 and 0.81, respectively. The solid phase extraction of cholesterol using MIM as the adsorbent was further investigated. The recoveries of the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column for cholesterol were 77.1–94.7 % with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.25–6.78 %. ©2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

摘要:
根据教研室工作考核评价的原则,利用层次分析法(AHP)构建教研室工作考核评价的层次结构模型,确定指标的权重系数。然后,将多目标决策中的理想解法应用到以矩阵为元素的空间中,按照与最小理想点的相对接近度对人才培养作出综合评价。最后,通过对实例进行量化计算,实证研究表明评估结果与实地调研具有良好的一致性,同时说明了该算法的有效性。

摘要:
The graphene-polyvinylpyrrolidone composite film modified acetylene black paste electrode (GR-PVP/ABPE) was fabricated and used to determine vanillin. In 0.1 M H3PO4 solution, the oxidation peak current of vanillin increased significantly at GR-PVP/ABPE compared with bare ABPE, PVP/ABPE and GR/ABPE. The oxidation mechanism was discussed. The experimental conditions that exert influence on the voltammetric determination of vanillin, such as supporting electrolytes, pH values, accumulation potential and accumulation time, were optimized. Besides, the interference, repeatability, reproducibility and stability measurements were also evaluated. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to vanillin concentration in the range of 0.02-2.0 μM, 2.0-40 μM and 40-100 μM. The detection limit was 10 nM. This sensor was used successfully for vanillin determination in various food samples. ©2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

项目摘要:
纳米技术、分子印迹技术和内分泌干扰物的痕量分析是近年来的研究热点。本项目旨在将纳米技术、分子印迹技术和电化学传感相结合,制备壳聚糖纳米复合材料分子印迹电化学传感器并研究其传感新方法。通过研究酚类内分泌干扰物在壳聚糖纳米复合材料分子印迹敏感膜上的敏感/传感特性,优化膜的结构和分析测试条件,从而建立能高选择性、高灵敏度检测酚类内分泌干扰物的新型电化学检测方法,实现复杂基体中痕量和超痕量酚类内分泌干扰物的快速、原位和实时检测。本项目的实施将拓展分子印迹聚合物在电化学传感器中的应用,揭示纳米分子印迹敏感膜的特异性识别和电催化机理,为纳米分子印迹电化学传感器在环境和食物中酚类内分泌干扰物的高效检测开创一条新的思路。
结题摘要:
本课题主要利用具有生物相容性的壳聚糖和优异性能的纳米材料制备新型电化学传感器,最终构建环境内分泌干扰物等重要小分子的高灵敏和高选择检测方法。本项目取得的主要成果有:1、以双酚A为模板分子,壳聚糖为功能单体和成膜材料,乙炔黑为理想导电材料,通过滴涂法结合硫酸交联在乙炔黑糊电极表面制备了分子印迹壳聚糖膜。该印迹电极对双酚A呈现了高灵敏和高选择的电化学响应。2、将氧化石墨烯与壳聚糖、双酚A按一定比例超声混合,将其修饰于乙炔黑糊电极表面,交联后用电化学诱导洗脱模板分子双酚A,再采用恒电位还原技术将氧化石墨烯还原,制得掺杂石墨烯的分子印迹壳聚糖膜修饰电极,该电极成功用于食品中残留双酚A的检测。3、采用绿色天然的壳聚糖作为分散剂和还原剂,在90℃水浴加热的条件下还原氧化石墨烯,制得壳聚糖-石墨烯分散液,将该分散液修饰在乙炔黑糊电极的表面,可实现硝基苯酚异构体的同时检测。4、利用水杨醛对壳聚糖进行化学改性,用红外光谱对产物进行表征,并将此壳聚糖衍生物应用于修饰电极的制备,修饰剂与目标分子可通过氢键、静电力、π-π共轭等多种方式结合,同时乙炔黑的引入加速了电子传递速率。通过水杨醛改性壳聚糖和乙炔黑的协同作用,实现了一些酚类内分泌干扰物如双酚A、对硝基苯酚和一些生物小分子如色氨酸的灵敏检测,且电极的重现性和稳定性好。5、采用恒电位还原技术直接在乙炔黑糊电极表面制备石墨烯修饰电极,该修饰电极同时结合了石墨烯和乙炔黑两种纳米材料的优点,具有大的比表面积和优异电子传递能力,实现了双酚A的灵敏检测。此外,实验发现酪氨酸和色氨酸在该修饰电极上氧化峰电位差为115 mV,实现了色氨酸在高浓度酪氨酸存在下的高灵敏和高选择检测。6、让多个叠氮基修饰β-环糊精分子(azide-β-CD)组装在模板分子周围,得到超分子组装体。然后让超分子组装体进入炔基修饰的介孔氧化硅的纳米孔道内,通过点击反应将azide-β-CD链接在介孔氧化硅的纳米孔道内壁。除去模板分子,得到2D分子印迹材料。此外,我们利用“点击化学”反应,制备了具有双重识别能力的分子印迹复合微球。制备的新型印迹材料有望用于电化学传感器的制备。相关研究成果发表SCI论文18篇,项目主持人获第九届湖南省青年科技奖。

摘要:
Herein, a novel electrochemical sensor based on an acetylene black paste electrode modified with molecularly imprinted chitosan-graphene composite film for sensitive and selective detection of bisphenol A (BPA) has been developed. Several important parameters controlling the performance of the sensor were investigated and optimised. The imprinted sensor offers a fast response and sensitive BPA quantification. Under the optimal conditions, a linear range from 8.0 nM to 1.0 μM and 1.0 to 20 μM for the detection of BPA was observed with the detection limit of 6.0 nM (S/N = 3). Meanwhile, the fabricated sensor showed excellent specific recognition to template molecule among the structural similarities and coexistence substances. Furthermore, this imprinted electrochemical sensor was successfully employed to detect BPA in plastic bottled drinking water and canned beverages. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

本发明提供一种同时综合回收利用钢铁厂锌灰和高砷氧化锌的方法,利用油茶粕中的不饱和脂肪酸(皂化)和茶皂素混合剂浮选回收锌灰中大量的铁;利用硫酸对钢铁厂锌灰(浮选后)和高砷氧化锌分别浸取;利用过氧碳酸钠快速氧化高砷氧化锌中的As3+;利用As3+被氧化成As5+后,在有Fe3+、Fe2+等存在下,会生成相应的难溶砷酸盐,除去溶液中的砷(二次除砷法);利用锌粉净化后生产硫酸锌,达到两种废渣同时综合回收利用的目的。

摘要:
Boronic acids are important for effective separation of biological active cis-diols. For the purpose of constructing a new type of saccharide-sensitive material which can not only provide convenient separation but also improve the access of boronic acid to guest molecules, the fluorogenic boronic acid terminated, thermo-sensitive polymers (BA-polyNIPAm) were grafted to an alkyne modified silica gel through the exploitation of click chemistry. The BA-polyNIPAm grafted silica gel (BA-polyNIPAm-SG) was characterized by FT-IR, fluorescence spectra, fluorescence microscopy, elemental analysis (EA), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and so on. BA-polyNIPAm-SG displayed affinity binding ability for saccharides under physiological pH value and allowed saccharides to be conveniently separated from solution. The maximum binding capacities for fructose and glucose are 83.2 mu mol/g and 70.4 mu mol/g polymer, respectively. The intensity of fluorescence emission of BA-polyNIPAm-SG increased with the increasing of fructose concentration. The present study provides a new kind of composite material which contains moveable and flexible grippers for recognizing and binding guest molecules. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
根据专业建设评价的原则,利用层次分析法(AHP)构建专业建设评价的层次结构模型,确定指标的权重系数。然后,将多目标决策中的理想解法应用到以矩阵为元素的空间中,按照与最小理想点的相对接近度对人才培养做出综合评价。最后,通过对实例进行量化计算,实证研究表明评估结果与实地调研具有良好的一致性,同时说明了该算法的有效性。

摘要:
A reliable sensor was fabricated by modifying an acetylene black paste electrode with graphene (denoted as GR/ABPE) for sensitive and selective determination of tryptophan (Trp). Due to the high sorption ability, large surface area and numerous active sites, the GR/ABPE showed a strong enhancement effect on the oxidation of Trp, and greatly increased the peak current. The parameters affecting the Trp determination were investigated. In 1.0 M H <inf>2</inf>SO<inf>4</inf> the voltammetric responses of Trp and tyrosine (Tyr) were well separated into two distinct peaks with peak potential difference (ΔE<inf>pa</inf>) of 115 mV. Under the optimized conditions, in the presence of 0.1 mM Tyr, the oxidation peak current of Trp was proportional to its concentration in the range between 0.1 μM and 0.1 mM, with the limit of detection of 60 nM (S/N = 3). The GR/ABPE was applied to the direct detection of Trp in pharmaceutical and biological samples with satisfactory results. This work provides a simple and easy approach to selective detection of Trp in the presence of Tyr. ©2013 Elsevier B.V.

The two-dimensional (2D) molecular imprinting approach has attracted extensive research interest in recent years due to its potential advantages such as simple construction, fast template removal and rapid mass transfer. In this study, a new 2D imprinting approach based on the combination of mesoporous silica materials and molecular imprinting technology is reported. 2D molecularly imprinted materials (MIMs) for cholesterol were prepared by using cholesterol as the template, azide modified β-cyclodextrin (azide-β-CD) as the functional monomer and alkynyl-modified SBA-15 (alkyne-SBA-15) as the skeleton. In this method, azide-β-CD molecules were first assembled around the templates by formation of template-monomer complexes, and thus the mutual positions of azide-β-CD molecules were fixed. Then, azide-β-CD molecules were anchored to the walls of the nano-pores of SBA-15 via click chemistry. After removal of the template molecules, the resulting cavities, i.e., recognition sites were formed in the nano-pores of mesoporous silicas. The synthesized MIM was characterized by FT-IR, X-ray diffraction (XRD), elemental analysis (EA), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and so on. Binding kinetic experiments demonstrated that the 2D imprinting approach can improve site accessibility for the template effectively. The 2D MIM exhibited binding affinity and specificity for the template, as revealed by equilibrium binding experiments. When using MIM as a stationary phase for HPLC, baseline separation of cholesterol from other compounds can be achieved. In addition, the use of 2D imprinting significantly reduced the peak broadening and tailing. This journal is ©The Royal Society of Chemistry.

We describe a simple and sensitive voltammetric method for the simultaneous determination of 2-nitrophenol and 4-nitrophenol. It is based on the use of an acetylene black paste electrode modified with a graphene-chitosan composite film (denoted as Gr-Chit/ABPE). The reduction peak currents of 2-nitrophenol (at -252 mV) and of 4-nitrophenol (at -340 mV) in pH 1.0 solution increase significantly at the Gr-Chit/ABPE in comparison to a bare ABPE. Factors affecting sensitivity were optimized and a linear relationship is found between peak current and the concentrations of 2-nitrophenol (in the 0.4 μM to 80 μM range) and for 4-nitrophenol (in the 0.1 μM to 80 μM range). The detection limits (at an SNR of 3 and after a 30-s accumulation time) are 200 nM for 2-nitrophenol and 80 nM for 4-nitrophenol, respectively. The modified electrode was successfully applied to the direct and parallel determination of 2-nitrophenol and 4-nitrophenol in spiked water samples. 湖南省常宁市具备发展铅锌产业的良好条件.常宁市铅锌产业发展虽然成绩显著,但是长期以来存在的一些问题成为制约其协调发展的重要因素.通过阐述常宁市铅锌产业的发展现状,分析目前常宁市铅锌产业发展的优势与不足,对常宁市铅锌产业发展提出了合理的对策,通过发展循环经济、优化产业、产品结构,加强环境保护,重视再生资源的回收和利用、加大技术创新和科技开发的力度、加强产学研合作等措施,推进常宁市铅锌产业持续高速发展.
