摘要:
利用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),以葡萄糖为还原剂直接在GO表面沉积银纳米粒子(AgNPs)得到性能稳定的AgNPs/GO纳米复合材料;基于该纳米复合材料修饰电极构建了一种新型的2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP)电化学传感器。采用原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)和交流阻抗(EIS)等多种方法对纳米复合薄膜进行了表征;并研究了TNP在复合薄膜修饰电极上的电化学行为和动力学性质。结果表明,AgNPs/GO对TNP有较强的电催化活性,在复合薄膜修饰电极出现一灵敏的氧化峰和3个还原峰;利用氧化峰可对TNP进行定量分析。同时整个电极过程明显不可逆,电极反应受到吸附步骤控制;复合膜电极表面覆盖度为5.617×10~(-8) mol·cm~(-2),在所研究电位下的速率常数为9.745×10~(-5) cm·s~(-1)。在pH 6.8的磷酸缓冲液中,当富集电位为-0.70 V,富集时间为60 s;TNP氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10~(-9)~1.0×10-7 mol·L~(-1)范围内成良好线性关系,相关系数为0.995 8,检出限可达1.0×10~(-9) mol·L~(-1)。所制备的电化学传感器稳定性和选择性较好;用于实际水样中TNP的现场快速检测,加标回收率在97.6%~103.9%之间。

摘要:
This paper reports a new strategy for the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) based composite materials with double recognition abilities through the exploitation of click chemistry. Combining the inherent molecular recognition ability of MIPs and the affinity binding ability of boronic acid ligands for saccharides, a boronic acid-attached MIP with double recognition abilities was prepared. An alkyne modified 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) imprinted polymer was first synthesized using a two-stage precipitation polymerization. An azide-contained boronic acid was then linked to the clickable 2,4-D imprinted polymers through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC). The boronic acid-attached MIPs displayed recognition ability for 2,4-D and affinity binding ability for saccharides at physiological pH. The intensity of fluorescence emission of the boronic acid-attached MIPs was found to increase when increasing amounts of a cis-diol compound (i.e., fructose) were added. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2013.

将Hummers法制备的单层氧化石墨烯(GO)与多壁碳米管(MWCNT)超声混合,得到性能稳定的GO/MWCNT复合纳米材料。以此纳米材料修饰玻碳电极,构建了一种新型L-色氨酸(L-Trp)电化学传感器。采用透射电镜(TEM)、循环伏安(CV)和交流阻抗(EIS)等方法对修饰电极进行了表征;并研究了L-Trp在修饰电极上的电化学行为和动力学性质。结果表明,L-Trp在GO/MWCNT修饰电极有一个灵敏的氧化峰(E_(pa)=0.956 V);该氧化反应是一个2电子和2质子参与的不可逆过程,电极过程受到吸附步骤控制,其表观标准速率常数为9.613×10~(-4) cm/s;利用该氧化峰可进行痕量L-Trp的检测。在pH 6.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,当富集电位为0.600 V,富集时间为25 s,扫速为100 mV/s时,L-Trp氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好线关系,相关系数为0.995,检出限可达3.50×10~(-7)mol/L;所制备的电化学传感器稳定性较好,用于人体血清中L-Trp的现场快速检测,加标回收率为97.8%~104.2%。

公开了利用钢铁厂锌灰和过氧碳酸钠快速脱除高砷氧化锌中砷和生产硫酸锌的方法。利用Fe(OH)3在pH3.0~5.4时能与砷酸生成FeAsO4沉淀的特性,通过浸出原料中的铁,再经氧化、水解反应生成Fe(OH)3,从而实现从溶液中除去砷的目的。具体过程包括根据高砷氧化锌和钢铁厂锌灰两种原料的砷、铁、锌元素化验结果,计算两种原料的使用量,并配好原料,经过浆化、浸出、调pH值、过氧碳酸钠氧化除铁砷、中和、压滤、净化后再进行蒸发结晶,最终得到合格的硫酸锌产品。砷则在冶炼过程中进入冶炼废渣固化,实现无害化。

摘要:
In this paper, the simultaneous voltammetric determination of ascorbic acid (AA) and rutin (Ru) has been achieved at an acetylene black paste electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes-chitosan composite film (denoted as MWCNTs-CHIT/ABPE). Compared with bare electrode, the peak currents of AA and Ru at MWCNTs-CHIT/ABPE increased greatly and the anodic peak potential difference (Delta E-pa) between AA and Ru are up to 342 mV, which is undoubtedly attributed to the unique characteristics of AB and MWCNTs such as excellent electric conductivity, high surface area and strong adsorptive abilities, resulting in higher accumulation efficiency to AA and Ru. The influences of some experimental conditions on the oxidation of AA and Ru were tested and the calibration plot was examined. Under the optimized condition, a good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 1 mu M-0.4 mM for AA in the presence of 10 mu M Ru and 20 nM-10 mu M for Ru in the presence of 1 mM AA. The detection limits (S/N=3) of AA and Ru are 0.8 mu M and 10 nM, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of AA and Ru in pharmaceutical samples with reliable recovery. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A sensitive and reliable electrochemical method was developed for determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in plastic products using an acetylene black paste electrode coated with salicylaldehyde-modified chitosan (denoted as S-CHIT/ABPE). In the second-order derivative linear sweep voltammetry technique, BPA yielded a very sensitive and well-defined oxidation peak at 842 m V in 0.2 mol L<sup>-1</sup> HCl solution. Owing to its unique structure and extraordinary properties, S-CHIT/ ABPE showed higher accumulation efficiency toward BPA compared with bare ABPE, and significantly enhanced the oxidation peak current of BPA. Under the optimum conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to the concentration of BPA over the range of 4.0 ×10<sup>-8</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>~1.0 ×10<sup>-5</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>. The detection limit (S/N=3) was 2.0 ×10<sup>-8</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>. The fabricated S-CHIT/ABPE not only exhibited strong adsorption capacity toward BPA, but also provided remarkable stable and quantitatively reproducible analytical performance. Additionally, this newly-developed method possesses some obvious advantages including high sensitivity, extreme simplicity, rapid response and low cost. ©2013 Taylor &Francis.

邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)是目前主要的环境有机污染物之一,广泛存在于环境介质中,且是一种环境荷尔蒙物质,具有生殖毒性、致突变和致癌性.因此,环境中PAEs的监测十分重要.测定PAEs的方法主要是色谱法和色质联用法.这些方法虽然灵敏度高,但仪器昂贵,测定费用高并需对样品进行繁琐处理,难以达到即时监控的目的.有关分光光度法和荧光分析法直接测定PAEs 的研究较少.纳米金(AuNPs)因具有优良的光学性能而被用作比色探针,被广泛用于检测蛋白质、金属离子等.

This paper has presented a novel strategy to carry out direct and sensitive determination of bisphenol A (BPA) based on the graphene modified acetylene black paste electrode (GR/ABPE). This modified electrode was obtained by one-step potentiostatic reduction of exfoliated graphene oxide sheets on the surface of ABPE. Due to the unique structure and extraordinary properties of GR and AB, the fabricated sensor displayed greatly improved voltammetric response to BPA compared with the conventional carbon paste electrode. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range for the detection of BPA was from 0.8 nM to 10.0 nM, 10.0 nM to 8.0 μM and 8.0 μM to 0.1 mM, with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.6 nM. Additionally, this newly-developed method possesses some obvious advantages including extreme simplicity, rapid response and low cost. The practical analytical performance of the GR/ABPE was examined by evaluating the detection of BPA in plastic products with satisfied recovery. ©2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

本发明公开了一种利用炼钢电炉烟尘生产纳米氧化锌的方法。为了解决现有的钢铁厂炼钢电炉烟尘回收困难的问题,所述利用炼钢电炉烟尘生产纳米氧化锌的方法包括如下步骤:1)将炼钢电炉烟尘置于浓硫酸中,充分反应后过滤;2)向浸取液中加入PbO2粉末,充分搅拌,除去Fe,Mn杂质;3)过滤后向滤液中加锌粉,去除Pb,Cu,Cd杂质;4)过滤后向滤液中加入氨水或碳酸氢铵溶液生成锌氨配合物;5)干燥的锌氨配合物生成纳米氧化锌。本发明工艺简单,设备投入少,氧化锌回收率高。

摘要:
We report on a voltammetric sensor for bisphenol A (BPA) that is based on an acetylene-black paste electrode modified with a chitosan film molecularly imprinted for BPA. The sensor responds linearly to BPA in the 80 nM to 10 μM concentration range, and the detection limit is 60 nM (at an S/N of 3). The use of a molecular imprint provides an efficient way for eliminating interferences from potentially interfering substances. The high sensitivity, selectivity and stability of the sensor demonstrate its practical application for the determination of BPA in plastic samples. A novel electrochemical sensing platform was fabricated with nanohybrid consisting of graphene oxide and iron hydroxide colloid. With high surface area and excellent electrical conductivity of the nanohybrid, the prepared electrochemical sensor exhibited preeminent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of phloroglucinol, resulting in the increase of the oxidation peak current and decrease of the oxidation overpotential. The nanohybrid was used as an enhanced electrochemical sensing platform for sensitive determination of phloroglucinol. The oxidation mechanism of phloroglucinol at this sensing platform was investigated in detail, the determination conditions were optimized, and the kinetic parameters were also calculated. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to phloroglucinol concentration in the range from 5.00 to 100.00 nmol L-1 with limits of detection and of quantification of 3.45 and 11.51 nmol L-1, respectively. This sensing platform displayed long-term stability, high reproducibility and super anti-interference capability. It was employed to detect phloroglucinol in environmental water samples with good recoveries. A simple and highly sensitive electrochemical method for the simultaneous and quantitative detection of ascorbic acid (AA) and rutin was developed, based on an acetylene black paste electrode coated with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide film (denoted as CTAB/ABPE). In 0.1 mol L<sup>-1</sup> HCl aqueous solution, the prepared modified electrode showed higher accumulation efficiency toward AA and rutin compared with bare ABPE, and significantly enhanced the peak currents of AA and rutin. The difference of the anodic peak potentials between AA and rutin was about 350 mV, which is large enough to determine AA and rutin individually and simultaneously. The electrochemical behaviors of AA and rutin were carefully investigated with the electrochemical parameters calculated. Under optimized conditions, the linear calibration ranges were 2.0 ×10<sup>-6</sup> M to 1.0 ×10<sup>-3</sup> M for AA and 6.0 ×10<sup>-9</sup> M to 1.0 ×10<sup>-5</sup> M for rutin, and the detection limits (S/N = 3) were 1.0 ×10<sup>-6</sup> M and 4.0 ×10 <sup>-9</sup> M, respectively. This modified electrode was applied to direct simultaneous determination of AA and rutin in the selected pharmaceutical samples without previous chemical or physical separations. Moreover, the CTAB/ABPE offers some advantages including low cost, facility of construction, good reproducibility and high stability. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A novel method has been developed for the determination of p-nitrophenol (p-NP), which was based on the enhanced electrochemical response of p-NP at an acetylene black paste electrode coated with salicylaldehyde-modified chitosan (denoted as S-CHIT/ABPE). In 0.2 mol L−1 HCl solution, p-NP yielded a sensitive reduction peak at −0.348 V. Compared with the poor response at conventional carbon paste electrode, S-CHIT/ABPE remarkably increased the peak current of p-NP. All the experimental conditions, which influence the electrochemical response of p-NP, were studied and the optimum conditions were achieved. Finally, a sensitive and simple voltammetric method with a good linear relationship in the range of 8.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 to 2.0 × 10−6 mol L−1 was developed for the determination of p-NP. The detection limit (S/N = 3) was also examined and a low value of 3.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 for 120 s accumulation was obtained. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of p-NP in water samples with good recovery in the range of 96–104%.

摘要:
We have synthesized a cobalt(II) coordination polymer and have characterized it by various methods including X-ray single crystal structural analysis. The polymer was used as modifier to fabricate a carbon paste electrode that displays electrochemical activity towards tryptophan (Trp). Trp is oxidized at the surface of the electrode in buffer solution of pH 4.2, yielding a single peak at 814 mV. The experimental conditions such as the concentration, the composition and the pH values of the supporting electrolyte, accumulation time, and the scan rate were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the current of peak is linearly related to the concentration of Trp in the range from 0.2 to 8.0 μM, and from 8.0 to 80.0 μM. The detection limit (at S/N = 3) is 0.1 μM at an accumulation time of 60 s. The determination of Trp in amino acid injection solutions was evaluated and the results were satisfactory. The recoveries were in the range of 97.5% to 103.0%. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
在由磷钼钒杂多酸和邻苯二胺组成的支持电解质中,以0.100V.s-1扫速在碳糊电极上,于0.800~-0.800V范围内循环扫描20周后,制得磷钼钒杂多酸-聚邻苯二胺修饰碳糊电极。循环伏安法研究发现:对苯二酚(HQ)和邻苯二酚(CC)在该修饰电极上均出现了一对氧化还原峰;示差脉冲溶出伏安法研究发现:HQ和CC分别在0.140V和0.288V处出现二次微分溶出峰,两峰电位差为0.148V。HQ和CC的线性范围均为1.50×10-7~7.50×10-4 mol.L-1,检出限(3S/N)均为6.80×10-8 mol.L-1。据此提出了示差脉冲溶出伏安法测定模拟水样中HQ和CC,测得回收率在94.0%~106.0%之间。

摘要:
We report on a carbon paste electrode that was modified with a binuclear manganese(II) complex by the drop-coating method. A study on the mechanism of the electro-oxidation of tryptophan (Trp) at this electrode indicated that it enables Trp to be determined with good sensitivity and selectivity. Second-order derivative linear sweep voltammetry at pH 4. 1 revealed that a sensitive anodic peak appears at 812 mV (vs. SCE) whose current is proportional to the concentration of Trp in the concentration range from 0. 1 to 1. 0 μmol L -1 and 1. 0 to 80 μmol L -1 , with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0. 08 μmol L -1 (60 s of accumulation). The method was applied to the determination of Trp in amino acid injection solutions with satisfactory results. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
