摘要:
As the National Conference on New Urbanization proposed, "(new urbanization) should enable residents to see mountains and waters, and remember nostalgia". Nostalgia is a kind of memories and yearning deep in the heart for one’s homeland or the place once lived in, it is the softest emotion and also a spiritual need. To keep nostalgia in new urbanization is to preserve history, culture, memories, and humanistic spirits of the homeland, and also to maintain local cultural genes and carry forward rural civilization. The foundation of remembering the nostalgia is to intensify culture protection. And by means of protecting cultural heritage and style of the traditional settlement practically, preserving cultural gene, inheriting cultural memory, creating cultural brand and characteristic landscape etc., the nostalgia can meet the spiritual demands of the residents, such as homesickness, life emotion, historical emotion and cultural emotion in the process of new urbanization. The key of remembering nostalgia is to promote the construction of small characteristic towns. Relying on on-site urbanization, the signifi cant ways of achieving new urbanization are star-studded layout of small towns and the construction of small characteristic tourism town. The construction of Hunan-style Tourism Town is a positive attempt and exploration of remembering nostalgia, and it contributes to the construction of a beautiful and poetic homeland for the human-centered new urbanization.

摘要:
The islets in river are the most important recreation areas in city. The special geological conditions and geographical location determine the frangibility of the eco-environment. The inappropriate or excessive recreation development will cause the degradation even deterioration of the eco-environment system of urban islet in river. According to the characteristics of the eco-environmental frangibility of urban islet in river, the paper constructs a model of "formation-influence-regulation" and applies it to the Dongzhou Islet in Xiangjiang River.

摘要:
The environment of islet in river is vulnerable and the recreationist's behavior is important for its' sustainable development. The paper aims to classify the recreationists of islet in river by the standard of recreationist's environmental attitude and describe the different recreationists' behaviors. The result showed that the recreationist's attitudes of islet in river included four dimensions: environmental responsibility, environmental emotion, environmental moral and environmental behavior intention. Based on the standard of environmental attitude, the recreationists can be classified 3 types: recreationist of ignoring environment, recreationist of dominant environmental attitude and recreationist of dominant environmental behavior. The three types of recreationists of islet in river have different demographic characters and environmental behaviors.

The ecological system and natural environment of islet in river are easy to be damaged. With the increasing tourists and serious lag of management, the ecological environment of islet in river is facing severe challenges and its ecological environmental security should been paid more attention. Based on the model of Press-State-Response, the article constructed the evaluation index system of islet in river and applied it in the evaluation of Dongzhou islet of Hengyang, Hunan province of China. The research can provide the reference for ecological security evaluation and environment protection. It will promote the islet's tourism utilization and sustainable development.

The unique tourism product system originated from the blend of beautiful natural scenery and the profound Huxiang culture have formed the tourism environment advantages for Hunan to develop low-carbon tourism. In order to build up a powerful tourism city and adhere to the principles of green tourism and low-carbon tourism, Hunan province has created tourism environment advantages set about from government, enterprises and social citizens, devoting itself to cultivating the low-carbon tourism culture and developing low-carbon products of Hunan, fulfilling the low-carbon of tourism environment, innovating the low-carbon tourism environment management system of the government as well as improving the level of the public awareness of tourism environment, so as to carry out the overall developmental strategies of low-carbon tourism environment.
