摘要:
利用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),以葡萄糖为还原剂直接在GO表面沉积银纳米粒子(AgNPs)得到性能稳定的AgNPs/GO纳米复合材料;基于该纳米复合材料修饰电极构建了一种新型的2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP)电化学传感器。采用原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)和交流阻抗(EIS)等多种方法对纳米复合薄膜进行了表征;并研究了TNP在复合薄膜修饰电极上的电化学行为和动力学性质。结果表明,AgNPs/GO对TNP有较强的电催化活性,在复合薄膜修饰电极出现一灵敏的氧化峰和3个还原峰;利用氧化峰可对TNP进行定量分析。同时整个电极过程明显不可逆,电极反应受到吸附步骤控制;复合膜电极表面覆盖度为5.617×10~(-8) mol·cm~(-2),在所研究电位下的速率常数为9.745×10~(-5) cm·s~(-1)。在pH 6.8的磷酸缓冲液中,当富集电位为-0.70 V,富集时间为60 s;TNP氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10~(-9)~1.0×10-7 mol·L~(-1)范围内成良好线性关系,相关系数为0.995 8,检出限可达1.0×10~(-9) mol·L~(-1)。所制备的电化学传感器稳定性和选择性较好;用于实际水样中TNP的现场快速检测,加标回收率在97.6%~103.9%之间。

摘要:
This paper reports a new strategy for the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) based composite materials with double recognition abilities through the exploitation of click chemistry. Combining the inherent molecular recognition ability of MIPs and the affinity binding ability of boronic acid ligands for saccharides, a boronic acid-attached MIP with double recognition abilities was prepared. An alkyne modified 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) imprinted polymer was first synthesized using a two-stage precipitation polymerization. An azide-contained boronic acid was then linked to the clickable 2,4-D imprinted polymers through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC). The boronic acid-attached MIPs displayed recognition ability for 2,4-D and affinity binding ability for saccharides at physiological pH. The intensity of fluorescence emission of the boronic acid-attached MIPs was found to increase when increasing amounts of a cis-diol compound (i.e., fructose) were added. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2013.

本发明公开的一种锡氧杂环结构的二丁基锡4-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸酯,其为如下结构式(1)的化合物,其中:R表示正丁基。本发明还公开了锡氧杂环结构的二丁基锡4-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸酯的制备方法。本发明的一种锡氧杂环结构的二丁基锡4-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸酯具有较好的抗癌活性,可以其为原料制备抗肝癌、抗鼻咽癌、抗乳腺癌、抗肺癌、抗结肠癌药物。与目前普遍使用的铂类抗癌药物相比,本发明的一种锡氧杂环结构的二丁基锡4-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸酯具有抗癌活性高、成本低、制备方法简单等特点,为开发抗癌药物提供了新途径。

摘要:
A mixed-ligand copper(II) complex ((4'-ferrocenyl-2,2':6',2''-terpyridine- k3,N',N'') (1,1'-phenanthroline-k2N,N')-copper(II) bis(perchlorate)) has been synthesized. Binding interactions of the complex with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) were investigated by UV-visible and CD spectroscopies. Results show that the copper complex mainly adopt electrostatic attraction binding mode with DNA and the binding constant is (3.22 ± 0.05) × 103 mol-1 L. The complex shows appreciable chemical nuclease activity in the presence of ascorbic acid. The DNA cleavage by the complex were inhibited strongly in the presence of DMSO and tert-butyl alcohol, which suggests that hydroxyl radicals are reactive oxygen species for the cleavage.

摘要:
One binuclear sodium(I) complex [Na2(2-benzoylbenzoato)_4(Phen)_2(H_2O)_2]·H_2O has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid and 1,10-henanthroline as ligands. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P1, a = 1.08096(8), b = 1.09619(8), c = 1.09740(8) nm, α = 79.0600(1), β = 71.0450(1), γ = 62.0540(1)o, V = 1.08533(1) nm~3, D_c = 1.421 g/cm~3, Z = 2, F(000) = 484, GOOF = 1.036, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0961. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring sodium(I) ions are linked together by two bridging water molecules, and each end position is coordinated with one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and one 2-benzoylbenzoato to form a binuclear structure. Each sodium(I) ion in the molecule is coordinated with five atoms to give a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The fluorescence property of the title complex is also discussed.

摘要:
Anew copper(Ⅱ) complex {[Cu_2(Phen)_4(NO_3)][Cu(Phen)_2(L)]_2(L)_2(NO_3)_3}·2H_2O (1) with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid (HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) as ligands has been synthesized. Crystal data for the complex are as follows: triclinic, space group P1, a=1.13857(5) nm, b=1.19349(7) nm, c=2.61531(13) nm, α=89.4280(10)°, β=82.753(2)°, γ=74.5370(10)°, V=3.3968(3) nm~3, Dc=1.408 g·cm~(-3), Z=1, μ(Mo Kα)=0.700 mm~(-1), F(000)=1480, final discrepancy factors R10.0571, wR_2=0.1334. In 1, there are two mononuclear cations [Cu(Phen)_2(L)]~+ and one dinuclear cation [Cu_2(Phen)_4(NO_3)]~(3+), and the four central Cu(Ⅱ) ions are all penta-coordinated. The electrochemical, fluorescent and magnetic properties of 1 were investigated. The results show that the electron transfer in the electrode reaction of 1 is quasi reversible, and the electrode reaction corresponds to Cu(Ⅱ)/Cu(Ⅰ). When the exciting radiation set at 488 nm, 1 can give off strong fluorescence band at around 494 nm. In addition, 1 displays diamagnetic property in temperatures range of 300~52 K. CCDC: 929034.

摘要:
A deltamethrin-imprinted polymer (MIP<inf>1</inf>) was prepared using bis(-6-O-butanediacid monoester)-β-cyclodextrin (BBA-β-CD) as the functional monomer and toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) as the cross-linker. In comparison to the molecularly imprinted polymer where β-CD was applied as the functional monomer (MIP<inf>2</inf>), MIP<inf>1</inf> showed a higher specific binding capacity (ΔC<inf>P</inf>) and an improved imprinting factor (IF) for deltamethrin. The selective recognition experiments demonstrated that compared to MIP<inf>2</inf>, MIP<inf>1</inf> could better recognize its template over other substrates that had similar chemical structures. The solid phase extraction (SPE) of deltamethrin using MIP<inf>1</inf> as the adsorbent was further investigated. The recoveries of themolecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE) column for deltamethrin were 83.2-93.4% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.03-6.19%. The method has been successfully applied to the enrichment of trace deltamethrin from real water samples. ©Taylor &Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
Two Ni(II) metal–organic frameworks, [Ni(INAIP)(DMF)]·0.5DMF and [Ni(INAIP)(H2O)]·2H2O, have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-(isonicotinamido)isophthalic acid (H2INAIP) with NiSO4·6H2O using different reaction solvents. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that [Ni(INAIP)(DMF)]·0.5DMF has a twofold interpenetrated three-dimensional (3D) framework with sra topology, while [Ni(INAIP)(H2O)]·2H2O has a two-dimensional (2D) network structure with a 4-connected (43·63) topology. In addition, the magnetic and adsorption properties of the complexes were explored.

摘要:
A new copper(II) complex Cu2(L)4(2,2′-bipy) 2(H2O)2 (1) has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid (HL) and 2,2′-bipyridin as ligands. The crystal belongs to a monoclinic system with space group Cc, a = 13.9979(11), b = 15.9888(13), c = 30.306(3) Å, β = 100.8700(10)°, V = 6661.1(10) Å3, Dc = 1.372 g/cm3, Z = 8, F(000) = 2840, the final GOOF = 1.018, R = 0.0685, and wR = 0.1731. There are two mononuclear Cu(L)2(2,2′-bipy)(H2O) units in the crystal of 1. Each Cu(II) cation is coordinated by five atoms. The magnetic and fluorescent properties of 1 were studied. The results show that 1 exhibits weak paramagnetism, and when the excitation wavelength is at 616 nm, it has an intense fluorescent emission band around 482 nm. 以2-(对甲基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸(2-PMBBA)和1,10-邻菲啰啉(Phen)为配体合成了一个新的锌(Ⅱ)配合物Zn(2-PMBBA)_2(Phen)。该配合物晶体属正交晶系,空间群Pccn,晶胞参数:a=1.371 6(4) nm,b=1.336 8(4) nm,c=1.928 7(5) nm,V=3.536 4(17) nm~3,D_c=1.360 g·cm~(-3),Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=0.746 mm~(-1),F(000)=1 496,最终偏离因子R_1=0.035 8,wR_2=0.086 1。在标题配合物中,中心锌(Ⅱ)离子的配位数是4,处于变形的四面体配位环境中,这是不多见的。本工作还测定了标题配合物的电化学、磁性及荧光性能。结果表明:循环伏安过程中,配合物的电子转移是不可逆的,对应的电极反应是Zn(Ⅱ)/Zn(0);在300~7 K,配合物有抗磁性;当激发波长为224 nm时,配合物在450和472 nm处有强的荧光发射峰。

摘要:
A copper(II) complex (CuL, 1) with aminothioether ligand and its new inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin (CuL/β-CD, 2) have been prepared successfully. The binding modes of both complexes with calf thymus DNA were investigated by UV-visible and circular dichroism spectroscopies. Results show that both complexes mainly adopt electrostatic attraction binding mode with DNA and binding constants are (2.02 ± 0.02) × 103 and (1.79 ± 0.05) × 103 M-1, respectively. Both complexes are able to cleave pBR322 plasmid DNA efficiently in the presence of ascorbic acid and the activity of 2 is higher than that of 1. The DNA cleavages by 1 and 2 were inhibited strongly in the presence of DMSO and tert-butyl alcohol, which suggests that hydroxyl radicals are reactive oxygen species for the cleavage.

摘要:
一种比色探针检测邻苯二甲酸酯的方法,其特征是经过制备纳米金、样品前处理、吸收光谱绘制、含量测定操作步骤。操作简便、快速,灵敏度高、检出限可达10-6mol·L-1,回收率在98%~102%,费用低,可方便进行现场即时检测。所述纳米金对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯具有良好的选择性,广泛适用于环境水样、一次性饭盒、塑料袋等多种样品中邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素的检测。

摘要:
用荧光光谱法研究了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)与荧光素(HFIn)的荧光性质,建立了一种简单、快速、灵敏测定邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的新方法。结果表明:在pH=6.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯使荧光素的荧光猝灭,体系的激发波长和发射波长分别为487nm和532nm。HFIn的荧光强度差值与DBP的含量在0.2~8.0mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.092mg/L。应用于水样和一次性塑料袋中痕量邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的测定,结果满意,并进行了加标回收实验。

摘要:
在由磷钼钒杂多酸和邻苯二胺组成的支持电解质中,以0.100V.s-1扫速在碳糊电极上,于0.800~-0.800V范围内循环扫描20周后,制得磷钼钒杂多酸-聚邻苯二胺修饰碳糊电极。循环伏安法研究发现:对苯二酚(HQ)和邻苯二酚(CC)在该修饰电极上均出现了一对氧化还原峰;示差脉冲溶出伏安法研究发现:HQ和CC分别在0.140V和0.288V处出现二次微分溶出峰,两峰电位差为0.148V。HQ和CC的线性范围均为1.50×10-7~7.50×10-4 mol.L-1,检出限(3S/N)均为6.80×10-8 mol.L-1。据此提出了示差脉冲溶出伏安法测定模拟水样中HQ和CC,测得回收率在94.0%~106.0%之间。

摘要:
A new pyridine bridged cyclodextrin dimer mono-copper complex (CuL) was synthesized and characterized. The hydrolysis of carboxylic acid esters, bis(4-nitrophenyl)carbonate (BNPC) and 4-nitrophenyl acetate (NA), and phosphate ester, a DNA model bis(4-nitrophenyl)phosphate (BNPP), promoted by CuL has been investigated. The resulting hydrolysis rate constants showed that CuL had a very high rate of catalysis for BNPC hydrolysis, yielding a 2.73 × 10 3-fold rate enhancement over uncatalyzed hydrolysis at pH 7.00, compared to only a 78.2-fold rate enhancement for NA hydrolysis. The initial first-order rate constant of catalytic hydrolysis for BNPP was 1.01 × 10-7 s-1 at pH 8.5, 35 °C and 0.1 mM catalyst concentration, about 1260-fold acceleration over uncatalyzed hydrolysis. The second rate constant kBNPP of BNPP hydrolysis promoted by CuL was found to be 5.94 × 10-4 M-1 s-1. © 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
