摘要:
A new trinuclear nickel complex, [Ni_3(pdc)_3(2,2'-bipy)_3(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O (H_2pdc = pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P2_1/n, a = 21.206(4), b = 10.002(2), c = 28.066(6)A,β = 108.18(3)°, C_51H_41N_9Ni_3O_16, M_r = 1212.06, V= 5.656(2) nm~3, D_c = 1.423 g·cm~(-3),μ(MoKa) = 1.062 mm~(-1), Z= 4, F(000) = 2488, GOOF = 1.034, the finalR = 0.0543 and wR= 0.1237 for 6149 observed reflections with I < 2σ(I). In the complex, three nickel(II) ions are bridged by the pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid groups, and all nickel(II) ions are seven-coordinated by nitrogen atoms of 2,2'-bipyridine and pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid and oxygen atoms from pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic and water to adopt a severely distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The emission and excitation peaks of the complex in ethanol solutions are located at 336 and 316 nm, respectively.

摘要:
The title compound, [Ag(L)]·H2O, 1, where HL=4-(isonicotinamido)benzoic acid, was synthesized in methanol solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=0.571 8(8) nm, b=1.357 2(18) nm, c=1.558 0(2) nm, β=91.090(2)°, V=1.209 0(3) nm3, Z=4, Dc=2.009 g·cm-3, F(000)=722, Rint=0.042 9, R=0.027 1, wR=0.055 6. In complex 1, the Ag atoms are linearly coordinated by one O atom and one N atom of two ligand molecules. Each L-ligand in turn uses its one carboxylate group and one pyridinyl groups to connect two metal centers, then the one-dimensional (1D) chains is formed. On the other hand, the 1D chains are further connected by O1W-H1WB…O2 hydrogen bonds and Ag-O weak interactions to give a two-dimensional (2D) layer, finally, the 2D net extents to three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework by O1W-H1WB…O1 as well as N2-H2…O2 interactions.

Abstract A new coordination polymer {[Eu2(Cl2C6H3OCH2COO)6(H2O)4]·(DMF)4·(H2O)2}n with 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid as the ligand has been synthesized. The crystal data for this complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a=0.86474(17) nm, b=3.2475(7) nm, c=1.3843(3) nm, β=92.81(3) °, V=3.8827(13) nm3, Dc=1.718 g/cm3, Z=2, µ(Mo Kα)=2.093 mm−1, F(000) =2008, final discrepancy factors R1=0.0454, wR2=0.1165. The crystal structure shows that the title complex forms one‐dimensional chain structure by bridging 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid anions. Every centric europium(III) ion is coordinated with ten oxygen atoms from five 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid anions and two water molecules, giving a ten‐coordinated distorted bicapped square antiprism geometry. A dinuclear cadmium complex [Cd_2(phen)_2(C_(14)H_(11)O_3)_4(CH_3CH_2OH)]·(CH_3OH)·(H_2O) has been synthesized with benzilic acid and 1, 10-phenanthroline by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction with crystal parameters as follows: triclinic system with space group Pi, a = 1.21298(10), b = 1.32586(11), c = 2.4815(2) nm, a = 76.2630(10), β = 81.4500(10), y = 69.1700(10)°, V= 3.6143(5) nm~3, Dc = 1.438 g/cm3, Z= 1, F(000) = 1600, the final GOOF = 0.937, R = 0.0521 and wR = 0.1328. In the title complex, the dinuclear structure is defined by carboxyl oxygen atoms adopting a monodentate bridged coordination mode. The coordination environment of Cd(II) ion is CdO_4N_2, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 140 ℃

A novel complex[Cd(C_9H_8O_3N)_2(2,2′-bipy)(H_2O)]_2·(H_2O)_3 with 4-acetylaminobenzoic acid and 2,2′-bipyridine as ligands has been synthesized. Crystal data for this complex are as follows:triclinic, space group P1, a=1.255 9(3)nm,b=1.506 8(3)nm,c=1.650 7(3)nm,α=112.14(3)°,β=101.83(3)°,γ=93.84(3)°,V=2.795 9(10) nm~3,D_c=1.592 g·cm~(-3),Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=0.840 mm~(-1),F(000)=1 364, final discrepancy factors R1=0.027 6,wR2= 0.068 3.The asymmetric unit of title complex consists of two separate mono-nuclear structures Cd(C_9H_8O_3N)_2(2,2′-bipy)(H_2O)and three lattice water molecules. In the complex, the central Cd(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms, three carboxylic oxygen atoms and one water to give a distorted octahedra coordination geometry. A one-dimensional chain tri(n-buiyl)iin 2,4-dichloro-phenoxy acetate has been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=1.350 1(8) nm, 6=1.7854(3) nm, c=1.0492(2) nm,β=105.146(10)°, Z=4, V=2.4414(2) nm3, Dc =1.388 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1.280 mm-1, F(000)=1040, R1=0.0442, wR2=0.1219. In the complex, tin atoms are five-coordinated distorted trigonal bipyramid configuration with bridging 2,4-dichloro-phenoxyacetic acid carboxy. The result of analysis shows that the electron transfer in electrode reaction is irreversible. CCDC: 715238.
