Electrochemical tyrosine sensor based on a glassy carbon electrode modified with a nanohybrid made from graphene oxide and multiwalled carbon nanotubes

摘要:
We report on a glassy carbon electrode that was modified with a composite made from graphene oxide (GO) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) that enables highly sensitive determination of L-tyrosine. The sensor was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and its electrochemical properties by cyclic voltammetry, chronocoulometry and differential pulse voltammetry. The GO/MWCNT hybrid exhibits strong catalytic activity toward the oxidation of L-tyrosine, with a well defined oxidation peak at 761 mV. The respective current serves as the analytical information and is proportional to the L-tyrosine concentration in two ranges of different slope (0.05 to 1.0 μM and 1.0 to 650.0 μM), with limits of detection and quantification as low as 4.4 nM and 14.7 nM, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of L-tyrosine in human body fluids. The excellent reproducibility, stability, sensitivity and selectivity are believed to be due to the combination of the electrocatalytic properties of both GO and MWCNT. They are making this hybrid electrode a potentially useful electrochemical sensing platform for bioanalysis. Figure A new L-tyrosine electrochemical sensor was fabricated based on graphene oxide and multiwalled carbon nanotube. The prepared sensor exhibits excellent electro-catalysis to the oxidation of L-tyrosine, and can improve determination sensitivity and decrease detection limit. This sensor was successfully applied to detect L-tyrosine in human fluids with satisfactory results.

A novel electrochemical sensing platform was fabricated with nanohybrid consisting of graphene oxide and iron hydroxide colloid. With high surface area and excellent electrical conductivity of the nanohybrid, the prepared electrochemical sensor exhibited preeminent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of phloroglucinol, resulting in the increase of the oxidation peak current and decrease of the oxidation overpotential. The nanohybrid was used as an enhanced electrochemical sensing platform for sensitive determination of phloroglucinol. The oxidation mechanism of phloroglucinol at this sensing platform was investigated in detail, the determination conditions were optimized, and the kinetic parameters were also calculated. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to phloroglucinol concentration in the range from 5.00 to 100.00 nmol L-1 with limits of detection and of quantification of 3.45 and 11.51 nmol L-1, respectively. This sensing platform displayed long-term stability, high reproducibility and super anti-interference capability. It was employed to detect phloroglucinol in environmental water samples with good recoveries. The excellent performance, operational simplicity and low expense make the graphene-based hybrid attractive in the sensor construction. Printed in Brazil - ©2013 Sociedade Brasileira de Química.

一种带有测定锡浓度传感器的铜线电解镀锡装置,由电解槽1、测定锡浓度传感器2、固定器3、饱和甘汞电极4和铂电极5组成,测定锡浓度传感器2、饱和甘汞电极4和铂电极5均通过固定器3安装在电解槽1的侧壁上。测定锡浓度传感器2为工作电极,用于在镀锡过程中对电镀液中锡的浓度进行在线跟踪测定和控制,以保持锡浓度的均匀稳定,提高铜线镀锡质量;饱和甘汞电极4为参比电极,以确定工作电极电位;铂电极5为辅助电极,以传导回路中电流。本实用新型能够简便、快速、准确地即时测定和控制电镀液中锡的浓度,进一步改善铜线的焊接性及铜线抗腐蚀性能,提高电缆产品质量。

摘要:
A graphene oxide (GO) film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated for sensitive determination of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). The GO-based sensor was characterized by scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical behaviors of 4-NP at the GO-film coated GCE were investigated in detail. In 0.1 M acetate buffer with a pH of 4.8, 4-NP yields a very sensitive and well-defined reduction peak at the GO-modified GCE. It is found that the GO film exhibits obvious electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of 4-NP since it not only increases the reduction peak current but also lowers the reduction overpotential. Based on this, an electrochemical method was proposed for the direct determination of 4-NP. Various kinetic parameters such as transfer electron number, transfer proton number and standard heterogeneous rate constant were calculated, and various experimental parameters were also optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the reduction peak current varies linearly with the concentration of 4-NP ranging from 0.1 to 120 mu M, and the detection limit is 0.02 mu M at the signal noise ratio of 3. Moreover, the fabricated sensor presented high selectivity and long-term stability. This electrochemical sensor was further applied to determine 4-NP in real water samples, and it showed great promise for simple, sensitive, and quantitative detection of 4-NP. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
A novel and convenient electrochemical method has been developed for sensitive determination of melamine (MEL) using ascorbic acid (AA) as the recognition element. The working electrode employed in this method was modified with the nanocomposite of hydroxyapatite/carbon nanotubes to enhance the current signal of recognition element. The interaction between MEL and AA was investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry, and the experimental results indicated that hydrogen bonding was formed between MEL and AA. Because of the existing hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction, the anodic peak current of AA was decreased obviously while the non-electroactive MEL added in. It illustrated that the MEL acted as an inhibitor to the oxidation of AA and the decreasing signals can be used to detect MEL. Under the optimal conditions, the decrease in anodic peak current of AA was proportional to the MEL concentrations ranging from 10 to 350 nM, with a detection limit of 1.5 nM. Finally this newly-proposed method was successfully employed to detect MEL in infant formula and milk, and good recovery was achieved.

摘要:
制备了三氮烯修饰碳糊电极(m-NPPAPT/CPE),并研究了Sn(Ⅱ)在该电极上的吸附伏安行为,建立了一种测定痕量锡(Ⅱ)的新方法。采用二阶导数线性扫描溶出伏安法进行分析。结果表明:在1mL 0.5mol/L HCl溶液中,于-1200mV处搅拌富集一定时间,在-1200~-200mV范围内以150mV/s的扫描速度线性扫描,Sn(Ⅱ)吸附在修饰电极表面,于约-476mV(vs SCE)处产生一个灵敏的阳极溶出峰,峰电流比未修饰电极增大约11倍。其峰电流与Sn(Ⅱ)浓度在4.0×10~(-10)~1.0×10~(-8) mol/L和1.0×10~(-8)~4.0×10~(-6) mol/L范围内分两段呈良好线性关系,其线性回归方程分别为i_p(μA)=1.646C(μmol/L)+2.9566和i_p(μA)=52.804C(μmol/L)-0.6402,相关系数分别为0.9973和0.9967;检出限(S/N=3)为2.7×10~(-10) mol/L(富集时间120s)。本方法操作简便、灵敏度高,应用于罐头食品中锡含量的测定,结果满意。

摘要:
将羧基化的多壁碳纳米管滴涂在碳糊电极表面上,应用羧基化的多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极(MWCNT-COOH/CPE)测定铋(Ⅲ)时,将试液在0.1mol·L~(-1)盐酸溶液中在-500mV处预富集120s,使铋(Ⅲ)与1-(4-磺酸基苯基)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)-苯基]-三氮烯(SPAPT)生成络合物,然后在-500~500mV范围内扫描,使络合物中的铋(Ⅲ)从电极上溶出,实现了铋离子的溶出伏安法测定。在-32mV处可得铋离子的氧化峰电位,其峰电流值与铋(Ⅲ)浓度在1.0×10~(-9)~4.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1)范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为3.0×10~(-10) mol·L~(-1)。

摘要:
自制新型1-(5-萘酚-7-磺酸基)-3-[(4-偶氮苯基)苯基]-三氮烯(NASAPAPT)试剂作为荧光试剂,研究其与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的荧光性能。结果表明,NASAPAPT与SDBS产生荧光猝灭作用,在优化的实验条件下,测定SDBS的线性范围为2.52×10-8~1.06×10-6 mol.L-1内,检出限为1.93×10-8 moL.L-1。方法应用于环境水样中痕量SDBS的测定,回收率在98.39%~102.46%。计算了NASAPAPT与SDBS的热力学函数,表明它们之间主要靠范德华力结合。

采用密度泛函B3LYP在6-31G*基组下,对有机显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5,6-二甲基-1,2,4三氮唑)-三氮烯(NPDMTT)的各种可能结构进行质子迁移的3种可能途径:(a)分子内质子迁移,(b)水助质子迁移,(c)甲醇助质子转移的计算,得到了各种途径异构体的相对能,获得了它们的互变异构过程的活化能、活化吉布斯自由能和质子转移反应的速率常数等性质。计算结果表明,分子内质子转移形成的各种异构体相对能量较大,当水分子或甲醇分子参与反应时,异构体的相对能量明显减小,但无论是孤立分子、一水合物还是一甲醇合物,其最稳定的异构体都相同,均为A2。溶剂化效应对异构化能垒的影响较大。最稳定的异构体分子内质子转移在N11和N13间转移的速控步骤的活化能为130.9 kJ.mol~(-1),反应速度常数为2.172×10~(-11)s~(-1);当水分子参与反应以双质子转移机理异构化时,活化能显著降低,有利于三氮异构化,其中异构体质子在N11和N13间转移的速控步骤的活化能为22.55 kJ.mol~(-1),反应速度常数为3.617×107s~(-1);当醇分子参与反应以双质子转移机理异构时,活化能减小得更多,其中异构体质子在N11和N13间转移的速控步骤的活化能为2.384 kJ.mol~(-1),反应速度常数为9.032×10~(11)s~(-1)。计算结果还表明,氢键作用在增大NPDMTT一水合物和NPDMTT一甲醇合物相对稳定性、降低质子转移异构化反应活化能等方面起着重要作用。

采用B3LYP和MP2方法在6-31G*、6-31+G*和6-311+G**基组下对C6H6…SO3复合物体系的4种可能结构进行自由优化,得3种。在考虑基组重叠误差校正基础上,得结合能,并用自然键轨道分析方法讨论其相互作用。结果表明,用B3LYP/6-31G*计算3种复合物的结合能分别为-17.75, -18.33, -18.80 kJ/mol,且C6H6和SO3结合时电子从苯环向SO3转移,形成电荷转移复合物,它们之间的作用包含π-p作用方式。

摘要:
We report on a highly sensitive glucose biosensor that was fabricated from a composite made from mesoporous hydroxyapatite and mesoporous titanium dioxide which then were ultrasonically mixed with multi-walled carbon nanotubes to form a rough nanocomposite film. This film served as a platform to immobilize glucose oxidase onto a glassy carbon electrode. The morphological and electrochemical properties of the film were examined by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry were used to characterize the electrochemical performances of the biosensor which exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of glucose. At an operating potential of 0. 3 V and pH 6. 8, the sensor displays a sensitivity of 57. 0 μA mM -1 cm -2, a response time of <5 s, a linear dynamic range from 0. 01 to 15. 2 mM, a correlation coefficient of 0. 9985, and a detection limit of 2 μM at an SNR of 3. No interferences are found for uric acid, ascorbic acid, dopamine and most carbohydrates. The sensor is stable and was successfully applied to the determination of glucose in real samples. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
将硬脂酸钠改性水滑石(SLDHs)和氢氧化铝(Al (OH)3)分别与乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)混炼,制备水滑石/橡胶复合材料.以X-射线衍射(XRD)、硫化仪、万能测试仪、硬度仪及氧指数测试仪对其结构与性能进行表征.实验结果表明:硬脂酸钠改性水滑石/EVA复合材料的预硫化时间和正硫化时间大为缩短.复合材料的抗张强度和伸长率随着阻燃剂的含量增加而减小,硬度随着阻燃剂的含量增加而增加,氧指数随着阻燃剂的含量增加而增加.硬脂酸钠改性水滑石/EVA复合材料和氢氧化铝/EVA复合材料的阻燃效果相近.通过以上性能实验说明硬脂酸钠改性水滑石/EVA复合材料不仅有良好的阻燃效果,而且还有优良的硫化性能和机械性能,因此水滑石将在EVA电缆阻燃材料方面有很好的应用和发展前景.

摘要:
一种比色探针检测邻苯二甲酸酯的方法,其特征是经过制备纳米金、样品前处理、吸收光谱绘制、含量测定操作步骤。操作简便、快速,灵敏度高、检出限可达10-6mol·L-1,回收率在98%~102%,费用低,可方便进行现场即时检测。所述纳米金对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯具有良好的选择性,广泛适用于环境水样、一次性饭盒、塑料袋等多种样品中邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素的检测。

摘要:
用荧光光谱法研究了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)与荧光素(HFIn)的荧光性质,建立了一种简单、快速、灵敏测定邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的新方法。结果表明:在pH=6.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯使荧光素的荧光猝灭,体系的激发波长和发射波长分别为487nm和532nm。HFIn的荧光强度差值与DBP的含量在0.2~8.0mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.092mg/L。应用于水样和一次性塑料袋中痕量邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的测定,结果满意,并进行了加标回收实验。

摘要:
A polythiophene functionalized with methylene blue (PMT-MB) was synthesized and used as an indicator for electrochemical oligonucleotides (ODNs) hybridization detection. After hybridization with complementary ODNs, the current signal of PMT-MB increased, which illustrated that PMT-MB can effectively recognize complementary ODN targets as an indicator. Compared to MB, PMT-MB showed much better resistance to the concentration change of buffer solution. In all buffer solutions tested, the hybridization always resulted in the increased current signal of PMT-MB due to the electrostatic interaction. While, when MB was used as an indicator, the inconsistent current response was obtained after the hybridization. When high concentration of buffer solution was used for accumulation, the hybridization resulted in the decreased current signal, while at the low concentrations, the current signal increased. The interaction between PMT-MB and dsODNs was also studied by UV-vis spectroscopy. ©2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
在由磷钼钒杂多酸和邻苯二胺组成的支持电解质中,以0.100V.s-1扫速在碳糊电极上,于0.800~-0.800V范围内循环扫描20周后,制得磷钼钒杂多酸-聚邻苯二胺修饰碳糊电极。循环伏安法研究发现:对苯二酚(HQ)和邻苯二酚(CC)在该修饰电极上均出现了一对氧化还原峰;示差脉冲溶出伏安法研究发现:HQ和CC分别在0.140V和0.288V处出现二次微分溶出峰,两峰电位差为0.148V。HQ和CC的线性范围均为1.50×10-7~7.50×10-4 mol.L-1,检出限(3S/N)均为6.80×10-8 mol.L-1。据此提出了示差脉冲溶出伏安法测定模拟水样中HQ和CC,测得回收率在94.0%~106.0%之间。

摘要:
以对苯乙烯磺酸钠改性硝酸根型镁铝水滑石,将其与丁苯橡胶(SBR)混炼,制备水滑石/橡胶复合材料。用硫化仪、万能测试仪及热重分析仪对其结构与性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,在过氧化物硫化体系中,随着水滑石含量的增加,SBR/水滑石复合材料的焦烧时间变化幅度不大,最大小扭矩之差逐渐减小,且经过有机修饰的水滑石变化幅度更大。其次,加入水滑石后,复合材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率出现先增后降的趋势,在水滑石含量为3~5%时最佳;同时水滑石的加入也提高了橡胶的热稳定性。

摘要:
用荧光光谱法研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)与四碘荧光素(TIF)的荧光性质,建立了一种检测微量表面活性剂的新方法。结果表明:在pH9.42的氨性缓冲溶液中,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵使四碘荧光素的荧光强度显著增强,体系的激发波长和发射波长分别为529.0nm和560.0nm。阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB质量浓度在0~20.0μg/mL范围与ΔF有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.0348μg/mL,平均回收率为98.6%~102.3%。方法具有高灵敏度和良好选择性,用于环境水中十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的测定,结果令人满意。
