Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the kinetics of uranyl removal by zerovalent iron (ZVI) as well as the impact of environmental factors on this process. The result suggests that the aqueous uranyl cations can be reductively removed by ZVI. The uranyl immobilization was little affected by reaction temperature, indicating that this process was a chemical-controlled reaction mediated by the iron surface. The uranyl removal rate increased with decreasing pH at acidic pH. The uranyl fixation by ZVI followed first-order kinetics with regard to ZVI at low iron amendments and zero-order kinetics with regard to ZVI at high iron amendments.

The crystal structure shows that the title complex forms one‐dimensional chain structure by bridging 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid anions. Every centric europium(III) ion is coordinated with ten oxygen atoms from five 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid anions and two water molecules, giving a ten‐coordinated distorted bicapped square antiprism geometry. The luminescent property and thermal stability of the complex are also studied.</jats:p>

A novel complex [Cd(C9H8O3N)(2)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)](2)center dot(H2O)(3) with 4-acetylaminobenzoic acid and 2,2'-bipyridine as ligands has been synthesized. Crystal data for this complex are as follows: triclinic, space group P (1) over bar, a=1.255 9(3) nm, b=1.506 8(3) nm, c=1.650 7(3) nm, alpha=112.14(3)degrees, beta=101.83(3)degrees, gamma=93.84(3)degrees, V=2.795 9(10) nm(3), D-c=1.592 g.cm(-3), Z=4, mu(Mo K alpha)=0.840 mm(-1), F(000)=1 364, final discrepancy factors R-1=0.027 6, wR(2)= 0.068 3. The asymmetric unit of title complex consists of two separate mono-nuclear structures Cd(C9H8O3N)(2)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O) and three lattice water molecules. In the complex, the central Cd(II) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms,three carboxylic oxygen atoms and one water to give a distorted octahedra coordination geometry. The luminescent and electrochemical properties of the complex are studied. CCDC: 782832.

A dinuclear cadmium complex [Cd_2(phen)_2(C_(14)H_(11)O_3)_4(CH_3CH_2OH)]·(CH_3OH)·(H_2O) has been synthesized with benzilic acid and 1, 10-phenanthroline by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction with crystal parameters as follows: triclinic system with space group Pi, a = 1.21298(10), b = 1.32586(11), c = 2.4815(2) nm, a = 76.2630(10), β = 81.4500(10), y = 69.1700(10)°, V= 3.6143(5) nm~3, Dc = 1.438 g/cm3, Z= 1, F(000) = 1600, the final GOOF = 0.937, R = 0.0521 and wR = 0.1328. In the title complex, the dinuclear structure is defined by carboxyl oxygen atoms adopting a monodentate bridged coordination mode. The coordination environment of Cd(II) ion is CdO_4N_2, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 140 ℃

摘要:
Batch and column experiments were conducted to determine whether zerovalent iron (ZVI) and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) can function synergistically and accelerate pollutant removal. Batch experiments suggest that combining ZVI with SRB can enhance the removal of U(Ⅵ) synergistically. The removal rate of U(Ⅵ) in the ZVI+SRB combining system is obviously higher than the total rate of ZVI system and SRB system with a difference of 13.4% at t=2 h and 29.9% at t=4 h. Column experiments indicate that the reactor filled with both ZVI and SRB biofilms is of better performance than the SRB bioreactor in wastewater basification, desulfurization and U(Ⅵ) fixation. The results imply that the ZVI+SRB permeable reactive barrier may be a promising method for treating subsurface uranium contamination.

The complex {[Cd-2(C9H8O3N)(2)(CH3COO)(2)(4,4'-bipy)(2)]center dot(4,4'-bipy)center dot(H2O)(4)}(n) with 4-acetamidobenzoic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine has been synthesized with liquid diffusion method and characterized. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cadmium(II) ions are linked together by two bridging acetic acid radicals, forming a binuclear structure. Adjacent binnuclear structure is linked together by two bridging 4,4'-bipy molecules and the complex molecule forms an one-dimensional double-chain structure. The luminescent properties of the complex were studied. CCDC: 734878.

One dimensional chain cobalt coordination polymer has been synthesized with malic acid and cobalt (Ⅱ) chloride anhydrous,and characterized by the element analysis,IR,TGA and single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis.The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21,a=0.575 61(9) nm,b= 0.905 86(14) nm,c=0.841 02(13) nm,β=105.350(2)°;V=0.422 88(11) nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.924 Mg.m-3,μ=2.044 mm-1,F(000)=250,and final R1=0.029 3,wR2=0.074 2.The crystal structure shows that the ...更多cobalt ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two different malate molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules respectively,forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.Two adjacent cobalt (Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by one malate groups in bis-monodentate mode,constructing a one dimensional chain structure along b axis,with the adjacent Co …Co distance being 0.530 9 nm.Moreover,the molecules are packed in three-dimensional supramolecular network though the intermolecular hydrogen bonds.CCDC: 704441.
