摘要:
Arytera littoralis Blume 1847 is an evergreen small tree belonging to the Sapindaceae family. It is distributed in South China to SE Asia and the Solomon Islands. However, the chloroplast genome of A. littoralis has yet to be reported. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of Arytera littoralis was determined. The total genome size was 161,091 bp in length, consisting of two inverted repeats (IRs) (28,432 bp) separated by the large single-copy (LSC) (85,737 bp) and small single-copy (SSC) (18,490 bp) regions. The genome contained 133 genes, including 87 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes, and eight rRNA genes. The GC content of the complete chloroplast genome was 37.8%. A maximum-likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree of A. littoralis and 13 related species from the family Sapindaceae indicated that A. littoralis was close to a clade composed of Sapindus, Nephelium, Litchi, and Dimocarpus. This study will offer essential genetic resources of A. littoralis and provide insights into the phylogeny and evolution of Sapindaceae.

摘要:
A two-dimensional (2D) MoSi2N4 monolayer is an emerging class of air-stable 2D semiconductors possessing exceptional electrical and mechanical properties. Despite intensive recent research effort devoted to uncover the material properties of MoSi2N4, the physics of electrical contacts to MoSi2N4 remains largely unexplored thus far. In this work, we study van der Waals heterostructures composed of MoSi2N4 contacted by graphene and NbS2 monolayers using first-principles density functional theory calculations. We show that the MoSi2N4/NbS2 contact exhibits an ultralow Schottky barrier height (SBH), which is beneficial for nanoelectronics applications. For the MoSi2N4/graphene contact, the SBH can be modulated via the interlayer distance or via external electric fields, thus opening up an opportunity for reconfigurable and tunable nanoelectronic devices. Our findings provide insights into the physics of 2D electrical contacts to MoSi2N4 and shall offer a critical first step toward the design of high-performance electrical contacts to MoSi2N4-based 2D nanodevices. © 2021 Author(s).

摘要:
Leaf architecture of 30 species representing 2 genera of Aceraceae in China was investigated for the first time. Within the 30 species, 10 species are found with an actinodromous venation pattern, while 20 species are found with a pinnate venation pattern. Within the 20 species with pinnate venation, 10 species are camptodromous, while the other 10 species are craspedodromous. Four types of leaf teeth are detected, viz. entire, toothed, lobed and partite. The secondary veins of most species are unbranched, except for Acer cordatum. Most species have obvious intersecondary veins, except for 4 species, i.e., Dipteronia sinensis, D. dyerana, Acer davidii and A. maximowiczii. All species have both reticulate and percurrent tertiary veins, except for A. pentaphyllum, which has only reticulate tertiary veins. All species are found with irregular areoles, except for A. pentaphyllum which is found to be regular. Veinlets are simple, branched or absent. A key to the genera and sections of Aceraceae mainly based on leaf architecture characters is presented. © 2020, Pakistan Botanical Society. All rights reserved.

We observed the floral development of Hemiorchis burmanica and two species of Gagnepainia, which make up the sister group of Globba in Globbeae, as well as a selected number of species of Globba. Our observations revealed that in Gagnepainia, a “fifth staminode,” develops as part of the labellum, while it is generally lost in other Zingiberaceae. The fifth staminode, however, was not initiated in the labellum of Hemiorchis. A fifth staminode was also observed in Globba geoffrayi but was not found in all other species of Globba investigated. While the staminode becomes an integral part of the labellum in Gagnepainia, it remains small and almost aborts at later stages of development in G. geoffrayi. These results indicate that the development of a fifth staminode could be a recurring plesiomorphic trait for Globbeae, only retained in G. geoffrayi. The retention of the fifth staminode and its heterochronic shift may be linked with the mechanical constriction within the flower bud. 广西龙胜红瑶传统药用植物的民族植物学知识

瑶族是一个拥有悠久历史和灿烂文化的民族,红瑶是其中一个分支,因妇女服饰上的花纹图案以大红色为主而得名,其生活习俗饱含民族特色,对植物尤其是药用植物的利用方式,与其他民族不同。该研究采用经典的民族植物学理论和方法,访问调查了广西龙胜红瑶传统药用植物种类,根据植物拉丁名、中文名、当地名、用途、用法及药用部位,对其进行民族植物学编目,并与《中国药典》作了比较。结果表明:共记录到药用植物95种,隶属于57科83属,其中蔷薇科、百合科种类最多,分别含有7种,显示龙胜红瑶传统药用植物资源的多样性;全株入药的植物种类41种,占总数的43.16%;根入药的种类为23种,占总数的24.21%;叶入药的种类为13种,占总数的13.68%。药用植物的药用部位以全株、根及叶为主;治疗风湿类疾病的药物比重最大,为23.47%,推测与其生活的环境有关;与《中国药典》比较,发现71种植物未被其收录,另有17种虽被收录但主治功效不同,有7种被收录且主治功效大致相同,为新型中药的研发提供了借鉴。同时,还探讨了龙胜红瑶传统药用植物的药用价值、资源现状及文化传承的问题。

摘要:
桑叶含粗蛋白质、维生素(维生素A、维生素C)、微量元素(铁、锰、铜、锌)等营养组分及黄酮类等多种活性成分,是理想的动物蛋白质资源。研究发现,在猪生产中,添加15%桑叶可能会影响育肥猪的生长,但添加适量的桑叶(6%左右)可延缓宰后肌肉pH降低,增强肌肉的抗氧化能力,同时,桑叶可提高肌肉脂肪沉积,对肌肉氨基酸和脂肪酸组成(增加不饱和脂肪酸的含量)均有影响,并改善肉的风味。在家禽生产中,添加桑叶能降低鸡肉的pH,且可通过改变肌肉脂肪酸组成改善肉品质。此外,桑叶的活性成分已被证实能提高细胞或小鼠的抗氧化能力,具有降血脂、血糖及动脉粥样硬化等作用。本文简述了桑叶的营养价值及其在猪、肉鸡、蛋鸡生产中的应用,旨在为其作为蛋白质资源进一步应用于畜禽生产提供一定参考。

比较B5、1/2B5、MS、1/2MS等不同培养基以及添加不同类型、不同浓度活性炭对罗汉果快繁生根的影响.结果表明,不添加活性炭的情况下,供试4种培养基中,B5培养基生根率最高,生根率为70%,且生根数最多,平均根长最长.添加粗、细两种活性炭均对罗汉果生根有促进作用,细活性炭培养基诱导的根更长.细活性炭1.0 g/L+B5培养基和粗活性炭1.0 g/L+B5培养基的生根率最高,前者生根数量和平均根长显著(p<0.05)高于后者.细活性炭1.0 g/L+B5培养基是较为适宜的生根培养基.

Globba is one of the largest genera in the primarily tropical Zingiberaceae. The number of anther appendages is highly diagnostic and has been used along with molecular characters to define subgenera and sections. Four main types of anther morphology are recognized: without appendages and with two, four and six appendages. The six-appendaged anthers are reported here for the first time. Appendages arise from two dorsal ledges that flank the broad connective. Development of two-appendaged and four-appendaged species differs from inception. Previous suggestions that either the proximal or distal appendages of four-appendaged anthers have been lost in two-appendaged species are thus not supported. Early development of six-appendaged anthers is similar to that of four-appendaged species, but two additional, small appendages develop on the ledges between the first-formed appendages. This yields three appendages on each side (six overall). The four appendages of G. geoffrayi differ from all other species in having distal appendages that are much smaller and develop later than the proximal appendages. Development thus suggests that the state in G. geoffrayi evolved from a two-appendaged ancestor. Incorporating this information into a phylogenetic character plot of the number of appendages shows that the possession of two appendages is the most likely plesiomorphic state of the genus, although support for this hypothesis is weak. Our study clarifies the origin and complexity in the development of anther appendages in Globba and highlights their significance in infrageneric relationships in Globba. Two appendages have probably likely arisen at the base of Globba, linked with the presence of a prominent ledge, with variable extensions and reductions of the number of appendages in the various subgenera and sections.

摘要:
The name Hymenasplenium laterepens was first proposed by Cheng and Murakami in 1998 but was not validly published. We recently collected and studied this taxon at its locus classicus in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province in China. Molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological observation of H. laterepens and related species clearly indicate that this is a distinct taxonomic entity worthy of species rank. Phylogenetically, H. laterepens is closely related to H. apogamum and may be involved in the reticulate evolution of the H. apogamum complex, which is comprised of several taxa with different levels of ploidy. Morphologically, H. laterepens is distinguished by the combination of its triangular laminae, large pinnae with acute apices and deeply serrated margins, and ca. 117 chromosomes at meiosis I and 32 spores in each sporangium. This work provides a complete species description and comparison to related species within the genus Hymenasplenium, particularly to other relatives of the “H. unilaterale” group. Hymenasplenium laterepens is described here with diagnosis and type designation. © 2018 Magnolia Press.

以罗汉果粉末为原料,乙醇为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助法提取罗汉果糖甙.通过单因素和正交试验探究超声波时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对罗汉果糖甙提取的影响.结果表明:最佳提取条件是95%乙醇、料液比1:20、超声波时间40 min,在此条件下罗汉果糖甙的提取含量为694μg.

1886年Franchet描述并发表茶条木Delavaya toxocarpa,他引用了Delavay所采集的标本(J. M. Delavayn. 903).我们对原始文献考证发现,这些标本包括了采于不同时期的花期及果期材料,包括了两份以上的标本,但作者在发表该名称时没有明确指定其中的一份标本作为模式标本,因此,很有必要对其进行后选模式标本指定.为此,我们根据墨尔本国际植物学命名法规9.2和9.11,为其指定了后选模式标本.

Eurycorymbus is an unusual monotypic genus of Sapindaceae endemic to China. The floral organogenesis of E. cavaleriei has been investigated with the light and scanning electron microscope to clarify its floral characters and its uncertain systematic position. Eurycorymbus cavaleriei possesses several unique characteristics in Sapindaceae. Flowers are unisexual. Sepals initiate in a spiral sequence, followed by five alternating petals which resemble sepals at maturity. The sequential initiation of eight stamens partly overlaps with that of the petals. Three carpellary lobes are simultaneously demarcated and merge gradually to form a tricarpellate ovary. Mature stamens of male flowers have long and smooth filaments, which are folded in buds. In female flowers only one or two ovules per ovary develop into seeds. The extrastaminal nectary forms doubly scalloped lobes. Symmetry changes from oblique monosymmetry at a mid-developmental stage to polysymmetry at maturity. It is suggested that monosymmetry might precede polysymmetry in the evolution of Sapindaceae. © 2017 Magnolia Press.

车桑子亚科拥有不少系统位置存疑的单种属和寡种属,是无患子科中分类较难的关键类群,在无患子科的系统学研究中具有重要意义。但是,有关该亚科的研究还很有限,尚存在分类混乱、分类系统不完善以及形态学研究资料匮乏等问题。本项目拟以中国车桑子亚科为研究对象,在文献查阅、标本室工作和野外考察基础上,系统地开展花器官发生、胚胎发育、花粉形态、种子微形态研究,对该亚科进行深入细致的研究。旨在:(1)澄清目前车桑子亚科分类上存在的混乱和命名错误;(2)提供完善的形态学解剖学资料;(3)构建车桑子亚科的系统树;(4)完成中国车桑子亚科分类修订。实施本项目,将为深入研究无患子科植物系统发育提供基础资料,并为中国车桑子亚科植物资源有效保护和利用提供基础数据。

车桑子亚科是无患子科中分类较难的关键类群,在无患子科的系统学研究中具有重要意义。但是,有关该亚科的研究有限,尚存在分类混乱、分类系统不完善以及形态学研究资料匮乏等问题。本项目对中国车桑子亚科的一些分类问题进行了研究。利用扫描电镜对国产车桑子亚科乃至无患子科23属30种1变种植物的花粉形态进行了观察,花粉形态特征支持文冠果亚科以及广义鳞花木属概念,并支持仍将茶条木属置于车桑子亚科,发现黄梨木与栾树属,龙眼属、荔枝属与韶子属从花粉形态上表现出较近的亲缘关系,基于花粉形态特征编制了国产无患子科分属检索表。对车桑子亚科8种、无患子亚科10种植物的种子微形态进行了观察,发现种子微形态特征具有重要的系统分类学意义。对伞花木、复羽叶栾树、全缘叶栾树、车桑子、无患子等代表植物系统地开展花器官发生研究,探讨了它们的系统位置。综合花粉形态、种子微形态、花器官发育、外部形态特征以及文献查阅、标本工作和野外考察的分析结果,对车桑子亚科进行了分类修订,明确了栾树属、茶条木属、文冠果属、黄梨木属的系统位置。并对部分种类的资源分布和开发进行了研究。项目已正式发表研究论文4篇,1篇已被 Phytotaxa 接受发表,2篇论文在整理中。项目实现了预期研究目标。

摘要:
利用扫描电镜对国产无患子科(狭义, Sapindaceae)23属30种1变种植物的花粉形态进行了观察。结果显示,该科花粉粒多为扁球形,部分为长球形,少数为球形或近球形,极面观多为三角形;从花粉萌发孔类型看,大多数种类具三沟孔,有的形成合沟,少数仅具三孔而无沟;从花粉外壁纹饰看,多数花粉外壁具网状或条纹状雕纹,少数花粉的外壁具刺状或颗粒状纹饰。花粉形态特征支持文冠果亚科(Xanthoceroideae)以及广义鳞花木属(Lepisanthes)概念,并支持仍将茶条木属(Delavaya)置于车桑子亚科(Dodonaeoideae)。观察发现黄梨木(Boniodendron minus)与栾树属(Koelreuteria),龙眼属(Dimocarpus)、荔枝属(Litchi)与韶子属(Nephelium)从花粉形态上表现出较近的亲缘关系。基于花粉形态特征编制了国产无患子科分属检索表。

摘要:
该文探讨了不同浓度糖和植物生长调节剂对万寿菊(Tagetes erecta)花瓣着色的影响.试验以 P2期舌状花序为材料,分别在含有不同浓度蔗糖、葡萄糖和生长素、细胞分裂素的固体培养基(MS)上进行培养.第9天取样,利用紫外分光光度计法测定培养花瓣花色素苷积累的含量.结果显示,不同浓度的糖对万寿菊花色素苷的合成都有促进作用,其中,3%葡萄糖和3%蔗糖对花色素苷作用最明显(F0.05<F<F0.01);植物生长调节剂对万寿菊花色素苷的合成也有促进作用,但在生长素 NAA和细胞分裂素6-BA共同作用下,花色素苷积累高于单一植物生长调节剂的作用,0.2 mg·L-1的 NAA和1.0mg·L-1的6-BA对花色素苷合成的作用最显著.

摘要:
采用国标方法对掌叶木种仁油的脂肪酸组成及种仁的营养成分进行了分析测定。结果显示:掌叶木种仁粗脂肪含量为49.20%,种仁油中含有13种脂肪酸,主要成分为二十二碳一烯酸(35.65%)、油酸(25.03%)、花生一烯酸(15.42%)和二十二碳四烯酸(9.35%),以不饱和脂肪酸为主,含量高达96.68%;种仁总糖含量为6.60%,粗蛋白质含量为15.10%,种仁蛋白氨基酸含量为12.31%;在种仁蛋白中检测出16种氨基酸,其中7种必需氨基酸的含量占氨基酸总量的33.23%,氨基酸组成较全面;种仁中钾(10.10×10~3mg/kg)、磷(5.20×10~3mg/kg)、镁(2.43×10~3mg/kg)、钙(1.83×10~3mg/kg)、铁(42.50 mg/kg)、锌(19.00 mg/kg)、铜(12.20 mg/kg)、锰(11.80 mg/kg)等矿质元素的含量比较丰富。分析结果表明,掌叶木种仁既可作为生产生物柴油的原料,也具有较高的营养和保健价值,是良好的蛋白质和食用油资源,具有广阔的开发前景。

摘要:
为了探讨传统教学法和讨论式教学法在动物学实验教学中的优劣性,对2012级生物科学1班和2013级生物科学2班分别采用传统教学法和讨论式教学法授课。结果发现,与传统教学法相比较,讨论式教学法能显著地提高学生的学习兴趣及学习的积极性,提高学生的口头表达能力和学生对知识掌握与运用能力。结果提示,在《动物学实验》教学中,讨论法与传统教学法比较有较明显的优越性。

采用公认的标准方法(酸水解法、高效液相色谱法和荧光法)对赣产5种野菜(牛膝、白花败酱、鸭儿芹、马兰、白花鬼针草)中16种氨基酸及VC、VE、VB1、VB2的含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明,马兰、白花鬼针草氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量较高(18.8%、17.9%、7.454%和6.1393%)。白花败酱VC含量最高,马兰、牛膝富含维生素E,鸭儿芹、白花鬼针草VB1的,白花鬼针草VB2含量最高。5种野菜均有较高的营养和药用价值。

[目的]科学解释民间利用银果牛奶子的可行性和合理性,为野生植物资源的深入研究和开发提供依据.[方法]测定了采自湖南湘西凤凰的银果牛奶子成熟果实蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、β-胡萝卜素、矿质元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、K、氨基酸及叶片中总黄酮的含量.[结果]银果牛奶子果实具有一定的食用价值,其蛋白质含量36.3 g/kg,果实中脂肪含量<5 g/kg,碳水化合物含量104 g/g,维生素C含量<10 mg/kg,维生素B1含量<0.5mg/kg,维生素B2含量<0.5 mg/kg,β-胡萝卜素含量为2.74 mg/kg,矿质元素Fe含量15 mg/kg,Cu含量3.6 mg/kg,Zn含量6.4 mg/kg,Mn含量6.9 mg/kg,Ca含量234 mg/kg,K含量为2.3g/kg.所含天冬氨酸含量最高,谷氨酸、丙氨酸的含量也较高.银果牛奶子叶片中总黄酮含量为1.0%.[结论]该植物在食品加工、医疗保健方面有一定的开发前景.
