摘要:
Using ab initio calculations, the structural and photoelectric properties of gamma-GeSe with B, C, and N adsorption were systematically investigated. The atomic structure relaxations show that B, C, and N are preferentially located on the lower hexagonal hollow, upper hexagonal hollow, and on top of Se, respectively. The adsorption with B, C, and N can induce defective bands between the energy region n of the valence bands and the conduction bands, and all the systems with adatoms are magnetic, with 1 mu(B), 2 mu(B), and 1 mu(B) magnetic moments, respectively, which are mainly caused by the hybridization between adatoms and the adjacent Ge and Se atoms. Based on the spin-polarized band structure, we find that C-adsorbed gamma-GeSe is metallic, while gamma-GeSe with B and N adatoms is half-metallic, with 100% spin polarization at the Fermi level. Furthermore, owing to the electronic structural differences between spin-up and spin-down sections of B- and N-adsorbed gamma-GeSe, the light in the low-energy region (< 1.0 eV) can only cause electronic excitations in one spin channel, giving rise to interesting spin-polarized photoelectric properties. Our results suggest that gamma-GeSe with B, C, and N adsorption is a promising candidate for spintronic photoelectric device applications.

摘要:
Multilayer structure design is one of the most promising methods for improving the comprehensive performance of AlCrN-based hard coatings applied to cutting tools. In this study, four types of AlCrSiN/AlCrVN/AlCrNbN multilayer coatings, with different modulated thicknesses, were deposited to investigate their microstructure, mechanical, tribological, and oxidizing properties. All multilayer coatings exhibited grain growth along the crystallographic plane of (200) with a NaCl-type face-centered cubic (FCC) structure. The results show that, as the modulation thickness decreases from ∼35 nm to ∼10 nm, (1) the grain refinement effect is increasingly evident; (2) all multilayer coatings show a hardness of >30 GPa and an elastic modulus of >300 GPa. Both the ability to resist elastic strain to failure and the plastic deformation of multilayer coatings increase. In addition, their resistance to cracking reduces; (3) the wear rates of these multilayer coatings reduce successively from 1.78 × 10−16 m3 N−1 m−1 to 7.7 × 10−17 m3 N−1 m−1. This is attributed to an increase in self-lubricating VOx and a decrease in adhesives from the counterparts; (4) the best high-temperature oxidation resistance was obtained for the multilayer coating with a modulated thickness of ∼15 nm. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

In this paper, the phonon properties and thermal conductivity of a new clathrate SrB3C3 are investigated by utilizing first principles calculations combined with phonon Boltzman transport equation. Through analyzing the intrinsic symmetry, four Raman active phonon modes (2T2g and 2Eg) are revealed in the phonon spectrum, and their corresponding vibrational features are presented as well. The lattice thermal conductivity of SrB3C3 at room temperature is calculated to be merely 8.69W/mK, which is evidently smaller than that of traditional Si-based clathrates. Meanwhile, owing to the comparable group velocity with acoustic phonon modes, the optical phonons of SrB3C3 abnormally contribute 40% to the total thermal conductivity. Such low thermal conductivity in SrB3C3 is mainly attributed to the strong phonon anharmonic including both scattering strength and channel. The findings clarify the intrinsic phonon property of SrB3C3, and could help us to pave the way for its future applications in ferroelectric devices. 摘要:
The corrosion behaviour of different planes of a selective laser-melted (SLM) equimolar CrCoNi medium-entropy alloy (MEA) was investigated and compared with its counterpart cast alloy in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. The microstructures of the SLM products were characterised, and electrochemical corrosion measurements, corrosion surface morphology observations, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses were performed. Compared with the cast MEA, the SLM MEA has an inferior corrosion resistance for its more metallurgical defects and smaller grain size. In the SLM MEA samples, The XY-plane of the SLM MEA has a poorer corrosion resistance than the XZ-plane, which is due to more metallurgical defects and lack of fusion pores on the XY-plane and its higher grain boundary density. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
More and more attention has been paid to AlCrN coatings with self-lubricating property and high temperature oxidation resistance. In this study, the synergy of V and Si on the microstructure, tribological and oxidation properties of AlCrN coatings is investigated in detail. With V is gradually replaced by Si, coatings' microstructures are transformed from compact columnar to coarse columnar, and a dense fine-grained structure, and finally to a featureless dense structure. When the V content is 10 at.%, the coating is consisted of c-VN and c-Al(Cr)N solid solution phases. As decreasing the ratio of V to Si, there is only a cubic Al-Cr-V-N solid solution phase in Al0.58Cr0.31V0.08Si0.03N coating and the coexistence of c-Al(Cr)N and h-Al(Cr)N phases in Al0.58Cr0.31V0.04Si0.07N coating. The addition of Si can promote the transition from c-Al(Cr)N solid solution to h-Al(Cr)N solid solution, and finally forming a nanocomposite structure composed of h-Al(Cr)N nanocrystalline and alpha-Si3N4 for Al0.58Cr0.32Si0.1N coating. The performance test results indicate that the Al0.58Cr0.31V0.04Si0.07N coating has the best resistance to plastic deformation, the lowest wear rate of 2.72 x 10(-16) m(3).N-1.m(-1) and the oxidation resistance temperature of 1000 degrees C attributing to the synergistic effect of V and Si.

The corrosion behavior of the Fe50Mn30Co10Cr10 high-entropy alloy (HEA) manufactured via laser melting deposition (LMD) was investigated using open circuit potential, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements. The microstructure and morphology of LMD samples before and after the electrochemical tests were compared using X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and electron backscatter diffraction techniques. After the corrosion tests, a striped morphology was observed on the surface of the LMD HEA, which is mainly caused by the interval distribution of high-density and low-density grain-boundary regions. The corrosion performances varied with different planes of the LMD HEA sample, which is mainly controlled by the grain size at each plane. Local corrosion in this HEA is concentrated at the melt pool boundary, which may be due to the abundant metallurgical defects and stress concentration at this location. © 2020 by the authors. 摘要:
Schiff base butyltin complexes C1 ∼ C3 have been synthesized via the reaction of dibutyltin oxide with the substituted salicylaldehyde-o-aminophenol Schiff base ligands (L1 ∼ L3), respectively. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, 1 H NMR, 13C NMR spectra and the crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The anticancer activity of the Schiff base ligands L1 ∼ L3 and complexes C1 ∼ C3 against five species of cancer cells which are MCF7, Colo205, NCI-H460, Hela and HepG2 were tested respectively, the tests showed that C3 exhibited significant anticancer activity for the cancer cells in comparison with other complexes. The interaction between C3 and calf thymus DNA were studied by fluorescence, UV-Vis and Viscosity experiment, the results show that the interaction of C3 with calf thymus DNA was intercalation. © 2019, © 2019 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
二对甲基苄基二氯化锡分别与N-(2-丙酸)-对硝基苯甲酰腙及N-(2-丙酸)-对叔丁基苯甲酰腙反应,合成了2个取代二苄基锡配合物(C1、C2),通过元素分析、IR、UV-Vis、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、~(119)Sn NMR、X射线单晶衍射以及热重分析等表征了配合物结构。测试了配合物对癌细胞H460、HepG2、MCF7以及正常人体肝细胞HL7702的体外抑制活性;在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,以EB作为荧光探针,用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用。结果表明:配合物C1、C2对3种癌细胞都有较好的抑制作用,配合物C2对HL7702的细胞毒性远小于C1;配合物C1、C2与小牛胸腺DNA作用均是插入结合作用所致。

2-Oxo-butyric acid salicylacylhydrazone dibenzyltin (IV) complexes 1 {[o-OHC_6H_4(O)C=N-N=C(Et)COO](CH_3OH)[(C_6H_5CH_2)_2Sn]}_2 and 2 {[o-OH-C_6H_4(O)C=N-N=C(Et)-COO](CH_3OH)[(2,4-Cl_2C_6H_3CH_2)_2Sn]}_2 have been synthesized. The complexes were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectra, elemental analysis and thermal stability analysis, and the crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal of complex 1 belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.9121(6), b = 10.3875(7), c = 14.5658(10) A, α = 89.534(5), β = 86.790(5), γ = 70.103(6)°, Z = 1, V = 1265.85(15) A~3, D_c = 1.488 Mg·m~(-3), μ(MoKα) = 1.047 mm~(-1), F(000) = 576, R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1054. The crystal of complex 2 belongs to monoclinic system, space group P_21/n, a = 12.7165(10), b = 17.8466(14), c = 12.8538(10) A, β = 95.1310(10)°, Z = 2, V = 2905.4(4) A~3, D_c = 1.612 Mg·m~(-3), μ(MoKα) = 1.286 mm~(-1), F(000) = 1408, R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0958. In vitro antitumor activities of both complexes were evaluated by the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazoly-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay against three human cancer cell lines (NCI-H460, HepG2, MCF7) and one human cell line (HL7702). Two complexes exhibited strong antitumor activity, and then they were expected after further chemical optimization of candidate compounds as anti-cancer drugs. The interaction between complexes and calf thymus DNA were studied by EB fluorescent probe. The interactions of the two complexes with calf thymus DNA were intercalation.

摘要:
Two new 1D Chain benzyltin complexes {[C<inf>6</inf>H<inf>4</inf>(O)C=N–N=C(Me)COO](CH<inf>3</inf>OH)(C<inf>6</inf>H<inf>5</inf>CH<inf>2</inf>)<inf>2</inf>Sn}<inf>n</inf>(1), {[C<inf>6</inf>H<inf>4</inf>(O)C–NH–N=C(Me)COO](C<inf>6</inf>H<inf>5</inf>CH<inf>2</inf>)<inf>3</inf>Sn}<inf>n</inf>(2) were synthesized by the reactions of 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone with dibenzyltin dichloride or tribenzyltin chloride, respectively. The two complexes were characterized by FT-IR,<sup>1</sup>H,<sup>13</sup>C and<sup>119</sup>Sn NMR spectra, elemental analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction and TGA. In vitro antitumor activities of both complexes were evaluated by the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazoly-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay against three human cancer cell lines (NCI-H460, HepG2, MCF7) and human cell line (HL7702). The 1 exhibited strong antitumor activity than 2, then it was expected after further chemical optimization of candidate compounds as anti-cancer drugs. The interaction between complexes and calf thymus DNA were studied by EB fluorescent probe, the interaction of 1 and 2 with calf thymus DNA were intercalation and electrostatic attraction. ©2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

摘要:
以氯苯、金属钠和无水四氯化锡为原料,通过Wurtz反应合成了四苯基锡(C1),在经过Kocheskov再分配反应,合成了三苯基氯化锡,最后通过与甲基格氏试剂反应,合成了三苯基甲基锡(C2)。化合物经IR、元素分析、^1H NMR、^13C NMR、^119Sn NMR、X-射线单晶衍射表征结构,晶体衍射结果表明两个化合物的中心锡原子均为畸变四面体构型。

Three new dialkytin complexes, {[o-OH–C6H4(O)C=N–N=C(CH2Ph)COO](n-Bu2Sn)}n (1), {[o-OH–C6H4(O)C=N–N=C(CH2Ph)COO](MeOH)(p-MeC6H5CH2)2Sn}2 (2), and {[o-OH–C6H4(O)C=N–N=C(CH2Ph)COO](EtOH)(C6H5CH2)2Sn}2 (3), were synthesized by reactions of 2-oxo-3-phenylpropionic acid salicyloylhydrazone with the corresponding diorganotin(IV) complex, respectively. All the complexes were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR spectra, elemental analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction and TGA. For in vitro antitumor activities, complexes were evaluated by the MTT assay against three human cancer cell lines (NCI-H460, HepG2 and MCF7) and human cell line (HL7702). The results showed that 1 may be a better potential candidate for further chemical optimization and cancer therapy than 2 and 3. The interactions between the complexes and calf thymus DNA were studied; the interaction of 1 with calf thymus DNA was intercalation, 2 and 3 were intercalation and electrostatic binding. © 2017 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

摘要:
Schiff base organotin(IV) complexes C1 similar to C5b have been synthesized via the reaction of the substituted salicylaldehyde-o-aminophenol Schiff base ligands (L1 similar to L3) with the dibenzyltin dichloride, n-butyltin trichloride or dibutyltin oxide, respectively. The complexes have been characterized by IR, UV Vis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra, elemental analysis and the crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The anticancer activity of the Schiff base ligand and complexes C1 similar to C5b against five species of cancer cell which are Hela, MCF7, HepG2, Colo205, NCI-H460 were tested respectively, the tests showed that C1 similar to C5b exhibited significant anticancer activity for the cancer cells in comparison with the ligand, and the activity was greater than carboplatin.
