两个有机锡羟基苯甲酸酯配合物的合成、结构及抗癌活性

摘要:
合成了2个有机锡羟基苯甲酸酯配合物:梯形结构的二(对氯苄基)锡邻羟基苯甲酸酯[(μ_3-O)(μ_2-OH)(p-Cl~-C_6H_4CH_2Sn)_2 (O_2CC_6H_4-OH-o)]_2 (1)和三苯基锡二(对羟基苯甲酸)酯(2)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、差热分析、X射线单晶衍射等方法对配合物进行了结构表征,并对其进行了量子化学从头计算和体外抗癌活性研究。结果显示:配合物1为具有Sn_2O_2构筑的3个平面四元环组成的梯形骨架结构,配合物2为单锡核结构,锡原子均为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型;配合物对人结肠癌细胞(HT-29)、肝癌细胞(HepG2)、乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)、宫颈癌细胞(Hela)和肺癌细胞(A549)均显示出比临床使用的顺铂更强的抗癌活性。

摘要:
A new oxidative [2+2+1] heteroannulation of 1,7-enynes with disulfanes promoted by Et3N, producing 3,3a-dihydro-thieno[3,4-c]quinolin-4(5H)-ones, is described. This reaction is achieved by using equivalent amounts of 1,7-enynes, sulfur atoms (disulfanes), tert-butyl peroxybenzoate (TBPB) as an oxidant and Et3N as the base, and represents an unprecedented strategy to applications of disulfanes as sulfur atom sources in synthesis.

摘要:
A new europium(III) complex Eu-2(C15H11O3)(6)(C12H8N2)(2) has been synthesized with 2-(4-Methylbenzoyl)benzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline as ligands. Crystal data for the complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P-21/n, a = 15.1238(5), b = 13.5928(4), c = 22.9840(7) angstrom, beta = 104.132(3)degrees, V = 4582.0(2) angstrom(3), D-c = 1.522 g/cm(3), Z = 4, ,mu(MoK alpha) = 1.433 mm(-1) , F(000) = 2128, the final R= 0.0447 and wR = 0.0826. The Eu(III) ion is coordinated by eight atoms to give a distorted square antiprism coordination geometry. The complex shows two intense fluorescence emission bands arising from the transitions of Eu3+ : D-5(0) -> F-7(1) (594 nm) and D-5(0) -> F-7(2) (617 nm). The complex is an antiferromagnetism system in the range of 150 similar to 300 K. Also reported in the paper is the thermal stability property of the title complex.

摘要:
在甲醇溶液中,卡巴肼、(4-二乙氨基)水杨醛和二乙酸二丁基锡“一锅法”反应,合成了一个新颖的基于双(4-二乙氨基水杨醛)缩偶氮二甲酰肼(L)的七配位有机锡配合物[Sn(L)(n-butyl)_2]_n(T).经元素分析、IR、(~1H,~(119)Sn,~(13)C)NMR和X射线衍射晶体结构表征,T的晶体属单斜晶系C2/c空间群,中心锡周围由双(4-二乙氨基水杨醛)缩偶氮二甲酰肼的O,N配位原子占据赤道位置和2个丁基占据顶端位置形成畸变五角双锥构型.通过烯醇式氧原子的桥联配位作用,T向一维带状无限扩展产生“竹筏状”超分子结构.配合物T在二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃、乙醇、甲醇和甲苯有机溶剂及其有机溶剂-水混合物中具有强荧光发射峰,当含水量的体积分数在0~10%(V/V)时具有良好的聚集荧光增强效应,含水量大于10%(V/V)时发生荧光淬灭.

摘要:
在盐酸水-甲醇介质中,三乙烯二胺(TEDA)、二乙胺(DEA)和由邻苯二胺(OPD)自缩合形成的 2,3-二氨基吩嗪(DAP)发生质子化形成有机铵阳离子,四氯化锡转化为六氯合锡阴离子.通过氢键和离子对作用,有机铵阳离子与六氯合锡阴离子自组装成有机-无机超分子杂合物,[(H2 TEDA)(SnCl6 )](1 ),[(HDEA)2 (SnCl6 )](2),[(H2 DAP)(SnCl6 )](3).杂合物的晶体分子结构经 X-射线衍射方法测定确证.化合物(1 )和(3)的晶体属于三斜晶系,分别为P-1 和P1 空间群,化合物(2)的晶体属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n 空间群.晶体中,六氯合锡阴离子具有变形八面体构型,有机组分与无机组分穿插排列,形成(1 )和(3 )三维、(2 )为二维的超分子结构,为进一步新材料研究奠定基础.

摘要:
A new metal-free oxidative [2+2+1] heteroannulation of 1,7-enynes with thiocyanates for producing thieno[3,4-c]quinolin-4(5H)-ones is presented. This reaction employs benzoylperoxide (BPO) as the oxidant and sodium thiocyanate as the sulfur source to enable the formation of three chemical bonds, two C-S bonds and one C-C bond, in a single reaction, and represents a new, practical access to S-heterocycles with the avoidance of the use of metal catalysts and excess bases. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

在微波溶剂热中,三环己基氢氧化锡分别与2,6-H_2pydc和3,5-H_2pydc(H_2pydc=吡啶二甲酸)反应,合成了4个二(三环己基锡)吡啶-二甲酸酯:{[(2,6-Hpydc)SnCy_3]·MeOH}_n (1)、[(2,6-pydc)Sn_2Cy_6(H_2O)]·PhH (2)、[(3,5-pydc)Sn_2Cy_6(MeOH)]·MeOH (3)和[(3,5-pydc)Sn_2Cy_6(H_2O)]·EtOH (4)。对它们的组成和结构进行了元素分析、IR、(~1H,~(13)C和~(119)Sn)NMR和单晶X射线衍射表征。化合物中心锡与配基原子构成畸形四、六面体构型,由于氢键作用,化合物形成二维大环网状超分子结构。初步探索了1、3对人结肠癌(HT-29)、肝癌细胞(HepG2)、乳腺癌(MCF-7)、鼻咽癌(KB)和肺癌细胞(A549)的增殖抑制活性,结果表明化合物具有广谱和较强的抗癌作用。

在微波溶剂热中,三环已基氢氧化锡、氧化双(三((2-甲基-2-苯基)丙基)锡)与吡啶-2,3(5)-二甲酸反应,合成了3个双核二(有机锡)吡啶-2,3(5)-二甲酸酯:Py(CO)_2(SnR_3)_2(MeOH)_n(R:Cy,n=1(1),2(2);R:PhCMe_2CH_2,n=0(3)),对它们的组成和结构进行了元素分析、IR、(~1H,~(13)C,~(119)Sn)NMR和X射线晶体衍射分析表征,化合物中心锡与配基原子构成畸形四/六面体构型,由于氢键作用,化合物1形成一维链,2形成二维34元大环网状结构.化合物对人结肠癌(HT-29)、肝癌细胞(HepG2)、乳腺癌(MCF-7)、鼻咽癌(KB)和肺癌细胞(A549)的增殖有较强的抑制作用.

卡巴肼分别与水杨醛和香草醛缩合制备1,5-不对称二取代卡巴肼配体,在甲醇溶剂热中,正丁基三氯化锡与配体反应,合成1-(水杨醛)-5-(香草醛)缩卡巴肼丁基锡配合物(B1)和含N,N′-双水杨醛缩连氮分子的丁基锡配合物(B2),经元素分析,IR, ~1H、~(119)Sn、~(13)C NMR和X射线衍射晶体结构表征,配合物(B1)、(B2)晶体分别属单斜晶系、P2_1/n空间群和三斜晶系、P1空间群,中心锡与配基原子构成六配位畸形八面体构型,配合物(B1)在DMF-H_2O溶剂体系中具有良好的荧光性质,当含水0~10%(V/V)时具有聚集荧光增强效应,含水量大于10%,随含水体积分数增加荧光强度减弱,以至最后淬灭。配体及其配合物(B1)对马齿苋、刺苋、决明子、四九菜心和苋菜5种靶标植物均具有一定生长抑制作用,尤其是配体对马齿苋、刺苋的生长有良好的抑制作用,配合物可以选择性抑制决明子的生长,可作为决明子除草剂的候选化合物。

在微波甲醇溶剂热中,正丁基三氯化锡(n-BuSnCl_3)与双[4-二乙氨基或(3,5-二叔丁基)取代水杨醛]缩卡巴肼和缩硫代卡巴肼配体反应,合成双(取代水杨醛)缩卡巴肼和缩硫代卡巴肼丁基锡配合物,(n-BuSn)_2Cl_3(OH_2)[(2-OH,R) PhCH=NNH]_2CX[R: 4-NEt_2(4-二乙氨基),X: O(A1); R: 4-NEt_2,X: S(A2); R: 3,5-(t-Bu)_2,X: O(A3); R: 3,5-(t-Bu)_2,X: S(A4)],经元素分析、IR、~1H和~(13)C NMR表征,X射线衍射获得的配合物A2的晶体结构表明,化合物A2是具有六配位畸形八面体构型的双锡核配合物。配体及其丁基锡配合物均对马齿苋、刺苋、四九菜心、苋菜和决明子靶标植物具有生长抑制作用,且配合物A1和A2具有较广谱、配合物A3和A4具有选择性生长抑制作用,可作为杂草生长抑制候选物研究。

在乙醇水溶剂热中,吡啶-2,6-二甲酸与高氯酸铜反应,合成一个具有"蝴蝶"状的铜(Ⅱ)配合物[C5H3N(CO2)2Cu(H2O)2]2,X-射线晶体衍射(MoKαλ=0.071 073nm)表明,配合物属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,晶体学数据:a=0.725 11(14),b=1.917 5(4),c=0.644 84(13)nm,β=107.04(3)°,Z=2,V=0.857 2(3)nm3,Dc=1.739 2mg·cm-3,μ=1.694 2mm-1,F(000)=532,独立衍射点中强度大于2σ的衍射点数2 561,最终的R和wR值分别0.027 6和0.084 9。配合物独立单元之间通过羰基与铜配位,形成一维链状配位聚合物,铜与配基原子构成变形八面体构型。

摘要:
The triphenyltin complex with salicylidene-2-aminophenol (C_(31)H_(24)NO_2Sn, 1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, P2_1/c space group with a = 1.09515(8), b = 1.17739(8), c = 2.29075(14) nm, β = 117.070(4)°, V = 2.6302(3) nm~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.417 g/cm~3, μ = 0.999 mm~(-1), F(000) = 1123, R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.1169. X-ray single-crystal diffraction showed that 1 demonstrates a one-dimensional chain structure. The quantum chemical calculation of 1 has been investigated. Complex 1 emits fluorescence at 558 nm and exhibits certain inhibitory activity against NCI-H460, A549 and MCF-7.

摘要:
A two-dimensional supramolecular compound di-n-butyltin piperonylate, {(μ3-O)(μ2-OMe)(n-Bu2Sn)2[O2CAr(C2H4O)]}2 constructed by hydrogen bonds with a Sn4O4 ladder-like framework, was obtained by the microwave-assisted solvothermal reaction of di-n-butyltin oxide precursor with the piperonylic acid in methanol environments. The composite was characterized by elemental analysis and IR (1H,13C and119Sn) NMR spectra. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.3690(12), b = 14.1442(14), c = 16.4022(16) Å, β = 107.191(6)°, V = 2963.0(5) Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.520 g/cm3, F(000) = 1368, μ = 1.719 mm-1, MoKα radiation (λ = 0.71073 Å), the final R = 0.0495 and wR = 0.1260 for 6780 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Its X-ray crystallography diffraction analyses show a Sn4O4 ladder-like skeleton, in which two endocyclic tin and one exo tin atoms are bonded to the μ3-O atom. In addition, one endocyclic tin and one exo tin atoms are respectively bonded to the μ2-O atom from methanol. The ladder-like molecule has a three-ring fused skeleton, which is almost coplanar. The endocyclic and exocyclic tin atoms were all five-coordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. The antitumor activity showed that the compound had higher activities than cisplatin in HT-29, HepG2, MCF-7, KB and A549 cell line in vitro. © 2018 Fujian Institute of Research of the Structure of Matter. 摘要:
在甲醇溶液中,2-萘甲酸与三环己基氢氧化锡反应,合成了三环己基锡2-萘甲酸酯配合物.经IR、(1H,13C和119Sn)NMR、元素分析及X射线单晶衍射对配合物进行了表征.实验结果表明,配合物属单斜晶体晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶胞参数:a=1.12488(8) nm,b=1.99595(15) nm,c=1.35539(10) nm,α=γ=90°,β=107.956(1)°,Z =4,V =2.8949(4) nm3,Dc=1.311 Mg· m-3,μ(MoKa)=0.909 mm-1,F(000) =1192,R1 =0.0269,wR2=0.0582.该配合物中锡原子分别与碳和氧配位,形成五配位的扭曲三角双锥构型.实验表明,配合物对人癌细胞NCI-H460、MCF-7和HepG2增殖均有较强的抑制作用.

摘要:
A novel anionic organotin(IV) complex I {[p-ClC6H4CH2)Sn(H2O)(Cl)(2)OCOCH(O)CH(O)CO2Sn(H2O)(Cl)(2)(p-ClC6H4CH2)]center dot 2(HNEt3)} (1) was synthesized by the reaction of di(p-chlorobenzy)tin dichloride with the D-tartaric acid in 2:1 molar in the presence of an organic base triethylamine. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, P-(1) over bar space group, with a = 0.7067(1), b = 1.9762(3), c = 2.2383(3) nm, alpha = 91.544(2)degrees, beta = 90.075(2)degrees, gamma = 90.110(2)degrees, V = 3.1247(7) nm(3), Z = 3, D-c = 1.621 g/cm(3), mu(MoK alpha) = 16.29 cm(-1), F(000) = 1530, R = 0.0394, wR = 0.1092, (Delta rho)(max) = 1224 and (Delta rho)(min) = -840 e/nm(3). The stabilities, orbital energies and composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals of 1 have been carefully investigated with quantum chemistry calculation. In addition, the in vitro antitumor activity suggested that 1 had stronger inhibitory activity on H460, MCF7 than on A549.

摘要:
微波辐射条件下,二丁基氧化锡与6,8-二氯香豆素-3-甲酸反应,合成了梯形四核有机锡氧簇合物[(μ-O)(μ-OH)(6,8-Cl2C9H3O2CO2)(n-Bu2Sn)2]2,其结构经IR、元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。结果表明,化合物中存在3个Sn2O2四元环、组成梯形,4个锡原子均为五配位三角双锥构型。

摘要:
A room-temperature and PTC-free copper-catalyzed N-arylation of aliphatic amines in neat water has been developed. Using a combination of CuI and 6,7-dihydroquinolin-8(5H)-one oxime as the catalyst and KOH as the base, a wide range of aliphatic amines are arylated with various aryl and heteroaryl halides to give the corresponding products in up to 95% yield.

摘要:
二对甲基苄基二氯化锡分别与N-(2-丙酸)-对硝基苯甲酰腙及N-(2-丙酸)-对叔丁基苯甲酰腙反应,合成了2个取代二苄基锡配合物(C1、C2),通过元素分析、IR、UV-Vis、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、~(119)Sn NMR、X射线单晶衍射以及热重分析等表征了配合物结构。测试了配合物对癌细胞H460、HepG2、MCF7以及正常人体肝细胞HL7702的体外抑制活性;在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,以EB作为荧光探针,用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用。结果表明:配合物C1、C2对3种癌细胞都有较好的抑制作用,配合物C2对HL7702的细胞毒性远小于C1;配合物C1、C2与小牛胸腺DNA作用均是插入结合作用所致。

在乙醇-水溶剂中,吡啶-2,6-二甲酸与CoCl2·6H2O反应,合成一个由{Co(II)(H2O)4[Co(II)(PYDC)2]2}2-(A)和[(PYDC)2Co(II)2(H2O)5](B)及[Co(II)(PYDC)2]2-(C)构筑的钴(II)配合物,{[Co13(PYDC)16(H2O)24]·14H2O}6-(PYDC为吡啶2,6-二甲酸根),IR和X-射线衍射表征分子结构,该配合物晶体属三单斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数:a=1.556 7(3)nm,b=1.574 1(4)nm,c=1.638 2(4)nm,$=86.068(12),%=69.026(11),β=76.402(12)°,V=3.665 8(15)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.854g/cm3,M r=4 092.36,μ(MoKα)=1.558mm-1,F(000)=2 075,R1=0.043 7,wR2=0.108 6[对I>2σ(I)的衍射]和R1=0.051 0,wR2=0.114 5(对所有的衍射)。中心钴(II)离子与配基氧、氮原子配位形成六配位变形八面体构型。
