本发明公开了一种以茶籽粕为主的微生物蛋白饲料的生产方法及营养价值评定。为降低茶籽粕的粗纤维及提高其粗蛋白品质,本饲料以茶籽粕为底物,通过黑曲霉半固态发酵制备而成。按单因素试验方案对发酵温度(18‑37℃),发酵时间(1‑5d),水分含量(5‑25%),装料量(20‑100g),接种比例(5‑25%)等发酵条件最适比例做了优化。发酵温度、装料量、发酵时间影响发酵茶籽粕的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量;接种比例对发酵茶籽粕的粗纤维和总能影响显著;发酵时间和发酵温度影响发酵茶籽粕的钙含量。最优条件下,茶籽粕的中性洗涤纤维含量降幅达到40.63%,粗脂肪、粗蛋白以及钙含量增加。发酵茶籽粕常规养分和氨基酸在鸡的表观总肠道代谢率与未发酵组没有差异。

本发明公开了一种以油脂微生物发酵将稻秸秆的粗纤维转化为粗脂肪的方法。为降低稻秸秆的粗纤维提高其粗脂肪含量,本饲料以稻秸秆为底物,辅助农副产物小麦麸、菜籽粕、去皮红薯粉,通过油脂微生物半固态发酵制备成。按单因素试验方案对发酵微生物:发酵性丝孢酵母CICC1368,深黄被孢霉(MortierellaisabellinaAs3.3410),酿酒酵母YJZP01,禾本红酵母H124,发酵底物:稻秸秆为主,辅助小麦麸、菜粕或去皮红薯,辅助底物比例(0,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)进行单因素试验优化。对发酵条件装载量(20,50,80g/250mL三角瓶)、料水比(0.50,1.00,1.50)、发酵天数(5,10,20%),接种比例(5,10,20%)和发酵底物添加柠檬酸(0.2,0.5,0.8%)、KH2PO4(0.1,0.2,0.3%)、尿素(0.2,0.5,0.8%)、氯化钙(0.01,0.02,0.03%)进行正交试验。以粗脂肪提升幅度为目标,获得最优发酵条件。最优条件下,稻秸秆粗脂肪含量从0.111%增0.603%,增幅达5倍。

本发明公开了一种可改善肉鸡肠道健康的植物饲料添加剂的配置及应用效果。为改善鸡的肠道健康,本饲料以五加科植物A、毛茛科植物B、黄杨科植物C以一定比例混合均匀,以2%的比例添加于肉鸡饲料中。结果表明,日粮添加2%中药后,湘黄鸡空肠绒毛高度和基线长度高于对照组(P<0.05),回肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值于对照组(P<0.05)。回肠粘膜白介素IL1β的mRNA表达量以中药组低于对照组(P<0.05),B淋巴细胞瘤‑2基因(抑癌基因BCL2)的mRNA表达量中药组高于对照组(P<0.01)。中药组空肠粘膜肿瘤坏死因子TNFα的mRNA表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。采食含有中药复方的饲料后,湘黄鸡脾脏的TNFα的mRNA表达量低于对照组(P<0.05),而BCL2的mRNA表达量高于对照组(P<0.05)。湘黄鸡肠道健康因该植物添加剂的添加获得明显改。

摘要:
The cyclic dimer 1,8-diazacyclotetradecane-2,9-dione is one of the most important components of caprolactam solution concentrates and triggers significant agglomeration during the recovery process in industrial polyamide-6 plants. For this reason, the agglomeration behaviour and morphology changes of cyclic dimers in solution concentrates were investigated. Precipitates separated from an similar to 80 wt.% solution concentrate were explored. Cyclic dimers aggregated in the solution concentrates at lower temperatures to form larger, thicker, and compacted structures or multi-layers structures. An appropriate increase in the solution temperature and addition of fresh caprolactam aid in avoiding agglomeration, but high temperatures (over 140 degrees) initiate the hydrolytic polymerisation of caprolactam in the solution concentrate, which aggravates blockages. Based on these results, an optimised process model is introduced to avoid aggregation. (C) 2020 Institution of Chemical Engineers. Published by Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

In this work, we demonstrate, for the first time, a low-temperature direct-sulfidization of nickel foam (NF) assisted with oxidant K2S2O8 to fabricate a novel self-supported hierarchical porous Ni3S2@NF electrode for supercapacitors. The resultant Ni3S2@NF electrode exhibits a high specific capacitance of 2519.5 mF cm−2 at a current density of 1.0 mA cm−2, and a rate capability of 68.5% over a current density range of 1–20 mA cm−2. At the same time, the retention of areal specific capacitance amounts to ~100% of its initial capacitance at 20 mA cm−2 after 4000 consecutive charge−discharge cycles. Moreover, an asymmetric all-solid-state supercapacitor device Ni3S2@NF//activated carbon (AC)@NF has been assembled. Remarkably, this device can afford an energy density of 32.0 Wh kg−1 at a power density of 210.8 W kg−1 accompanied with excellent electrochemical cyclic stability. Such outstanding supercapacitive behavior of Ni3S2@NF can be credited to its unique porous interpenetrating architecture and the robust contact of Ni3S2 and NF, which can ensure rapid ion and electron transfers for redox reactions as well as tightly contacts among active component, substrate, and electrolyte. The direct-sulfidization of metals assisted with oxidants can offer a general, scalable, and viable protocol to fabricate high-performance electrochemical materials for energy-storage applications. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

本发明公开了一种可改善肉质的生物饲料的生产方法及使用效果。为降低DDGS的粗纤维及提高其粗脂肪含量,本饲料以啤酒糟(DDGS)为底物,通过黑曲霉和深黄被孢霉半固态发酵制备而成。按照单因素试验方案对发酵菌种、接种比例(2.5‑20%)、水固比(0‑2%)、发酵时间(1‑6d)、发酵温度(22‑34℃)、硫酸铵(0.2‑1.0%)、糖蜜浓度(2‑10%)等发酵条件的最适比例做了优化。将发酵DDGS用于湘黄鸡饲料后,与未发酵组对比,发酵DDGS的添加在维持原有生产性能的同时,显著降低了胸肌的pH值和滴水损失。湘黄鸡肉质因该生物饲料的添加获得明显改善。

摘要:
桑叶含粗蛋白质、维生素(维生素A、维生素C)、微量元素(铁、锰、铜、锌)等营养组分及黄酮类等多种活性成分,是理想的动物蛋白质资源。研究发现,在猪生产中,添加15%桑叶可能会影响育肥猪的生长,但添加适量的桑叶(6%左右)可延缓宰后肌肉pH降低,增强肌肉的抗氧化能力,同时,桑叶可提高肌肉脂肪沉积,对肌肉氨基酸和脂肪酸组成(增加不饱和脂肪酸的含量)均有影响,并改善肉的风味。在家禽生产中,添加桑叶能降低鸡肉的pH,且可通过改变肌肉脂肪酸组成改善肉品质。此外,桑叶的活性成分已被证实能提高细胞或小鼠的抗氧化能力,具有降血脂、血糖及动脉粥样硬化等作用。本文简述了桑叶的营养价值及其在猪、肉鸡、蛋鸡生产中的应用,旨在为其作为蛋白质资源进一步应用于畜禽生产提供一定参考。

摘要:
Although traditional IrO2 nanoparticles loaded on a carbon support (IrO2@C) have been taken as a benchmark catalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER), their catalytic efficiency, operation stability, and IrO2 utilization are far from satisfactory due to the inferior powdery structure and inevitable corrosion of both IrO2 and C under the oxidizing potentials. Here, a rational design of a self-supported hierarchical nanocomposite, composed of IrO2@NiO nanoparticle-built porous nanoflake arrays vertically growing on nickel foam, is proposed, which is demonstrated as a versatile strategy to achieve improved OER activity, remarkable long-term stability, and significantly reduced loading of IrO2 (0.62 atom %). Impressively, the resultant catalyst drives a steady OER current density of 10 mA cm-2, requiring 278 mV overpotential in 1.0 M KOH electrolyte for 25 h and outmaneuvring commercial IrO2@C with much higher mass loading. Further electrochemical investigation and mechanism analysis disclose that the greatly improved electrocatalytic activity stems from the advantageous hierarchical structure and the synergistic effect between IrO2 and underlying potential-induced NiOOH, whereas the outstanding durability is attributed to the unique role of NiO in preventing IrO2 dissolution. © 2019 American Chemical Society.

<jats:p>The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of replacing distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) with fermented DDGS (FDDGS) on meat quality and serum amino acid profiles in Chinese yellow broilers. Forty-eight 42-day-old male Chinese yellow broilers were randomly allotted to the treatments. Each treatment was replicated six times with four birds per replicate. Both groups received a basal corn-soybean diet that was supplemented with either 20% DDGS or 20% FDDGS. Broilers were euthanized at 70 days old. The right half of each breast was evaluated for meat quality. Both breast and thigh meats were evaluated for proximate and fatty acid composition. Serum from blood samples was analysed to quantify relative amounts of free amino acids. Breast meat from broilers supplemented with FDDGS had a lower pH and less drip loss than those supplemented with DDGS (P <0.05). No differences were detected between treatments in the proximate composition of breast and thigh meat (P >0.05). Myristic acid (C14:0) concentration of thigh muscles was reduced for broilers supplemented with FDDGS compared with those supplemented with DDGS (P<0.05). Concentrations of lysine, taurine, alpha-aminoadipic acid, glycine, and 3-methylhistidine in serum were all lower for broilers supplemented with FDDGS than for those supplemented with DDGS (P< 0.05). Meanwhile, the serum phosphoserine concentration of the FFDS-supplemented broilers was greater than those supplemented with DDGS (P<0.05). Amylose plays important role in body health. It is controversial whether changing dietary amylose/amylopectin ratio (DAR) will improve meat quality in growing-finishing pigs. A total of 48 Duroc×Landrace×Large White castrated male pigs (initial body weight 49.8±2.8kg) were randomly allotted to two treatments, and fed ad libitum either with a low DAR diet (LR, amylose/amylopectin: 12/88) or a high DAR diet (HR, amylose/amylopectin: 30/70) for 68days. Feed intake was recorded every day, body weight was weighed at 46th and 68th day to calculate average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI) and Feed:gain ratio. Blood was collected at −30min (fasting 12hr), 60, 90, 120, 180min postprandial at 64th day and then serum was obtained by centrifugation of blood at 1,500×g at 4°C. After pigs were slaughtered, samples such as longissimus dorsi, iliopsoas and semitendinosus were collected. Density, diameter and types of muscle fibres were analysed. Results showed that ADG, ADFI, Feed:Gain ratio, cross-sectional area of longissimus dorsi muscle, backfat thickness, colour scores were not affected by DAR. Ingestion of LR diet increased the fasting glucose (p<0.05) and insulin (p<0.05) concentrations in serum. The drip loss and firmness were decreased significantly in LR vs. HR animals (p<0.05). Densities of muscle fibre in longissimus dorsi, iliopsoas and semitendinosus were greater in LR pigs (p<0.05). Moreover, ingestion of LR diet significantly increased myosin heavy chain (MyHC) IIa mRNA level and decreased MyHC IIb gene expression in longissimus dorsi muscle (LM) (p<0.05). Therefore, intake of diet low in amylose/amylopectin ratio induces a better meat quality (lower drip loss and lower firmness), which could attribute to smaller myofibres, a shift to slower and/or more oxidative fibres. © 2018 Blackwell Verlag GmbH

为了改善柑橘皮的营养价值,试验以粗蛋白提高幅度为衡量标准,采用单因素试验设计探讨黑曲霉发酵柑橘皮的最适宜发酵时间、接种比例、底物组合以及水的添加量。结果表明:当底物红薯与柑橘皮添加比例为1∶1,加水10 mL,接种10%的黑曲霉孢子悬液,发酵第4天时发酵产物的粗蛋白含量最高(8.23%),较发酵前提高了41.17%;发酵产物的粗脂肪含量从1.71%提高到2.13%,提高了24.56%。说明通过黑曲霉固态发酵可以增加柑橘皮的粗蛋白含量。

In this work, Pd-decorated N-doped reduced graphene oxide (Pd/N-RGO) was successfully synthesized by a simple wet-chemical method without using any capping agent and stabilizer. The synthesized Pd/N-RGO composite has been carefully characterized by various techniques. The X-ray photoelectron spectra provide the evidence of successful incorporation of N into the N-RGO sheets, while the presence of Pd nanoparticles with the sizes of 5–20 nm on the N-RGO sheets was confirmed by the transmission electron microscopy. By integrating the advantages of the large surface area of N-RGO sheets and good electron transfer efficiency of Pd nanoparticles, the Pd/N-RGO-based sensor shows an improved electrocatalytic activity toward the estradiol oxidation. Therefore, the Pd/N-RGO composite can be used as an effective sensing platform for the non-enzymatic detection of estradiol. It also demonstrates that the fabricated sensor has two linear concentration ranges (0.1–2 and 2–400 μM) and a low detection limit (1.8 nM) for the estradiol detection. Finally, the resulting sensor was successfully used to detect estradiol in some real samples and the satisfactory recoveries of 96.0–103.9% were obtained. The prepared Pd/N-RGO composite with more distinct merits including simple manufacture, preferable reproducibility and long-term stability can be a promising candidate for the advanced electrode material in sensing applications. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
We demonstrate an extremely facile in-situ pyrolysis followed by the reduction of partial Co2+ route to synthesize novel Ketjen black carbon (KB) supported CoO@Co−N−C (denoted as CoO@Co−NC/KB) nanochains using KB, urea and cobalt (Ⅱ) acetate as co-precursors. The as-prepared CoO@Co-NC/KB displays higher electrocatalytic activity, smaller Tafel slope and better durability for the oxygen evolution reaction than those of the benchmark commercial RuO2 catalyst in 1.0 M KOH solution, far outperforming the control groups (i.e. CoO@Co−g-C3N4/KB, Co−NC/KB, CoO−NC/KB, CoO@Co/KB, CoO@Co−NC and Co3O4−NC/KB). The remarkable electrocatalytic performance of CoO@Co−NC/KB is primarily credited to the synergistic effect between Co and CoO species with a core-shell structure, increased active sites and considerably enhanced electronic conductivity. © 2018 Hydrogen Energy Publications LLC

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary amylose/amylopectin ratio (DAR) on serum and hepatic lipid content, luminal short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) concentrations, and the expression of host genes involved in fat and glucose metabolism in liver and mucosa in growing-finishing pigs. Forty-eight Duroc×Landrace×Large White pigs (49.8±2.8kg) were randomly allocated to low amylose/amylopectin ratio (LR) and high amylose/amylopectin ratio (HR) groups, each group consisting of six replicates (pen) with four pigs per pen. The DAR was 12/88 for LR and 30/70 for HR. Experiment lasted for 67days. Results showed that, compared with HR group, ingestion of LR significantly increased the liver total lipid and cholesterol concentration (p<.05) and decreased the serum LDL-C concentration (p<.05). The concentration of propionate, butyrate and total SCFAs in caecum digesta was significantly lower in LR group than in HR group (p<.05). We observed a significant increase in glucose transporter 2 (GLUT2), sodium-dependent glucose transporter 1 (SGLT1) gene expression in LR-fed pigs in the jejunum mucosa (p<.01). A decrease in Na+-coupled monocarboxylate transporter (SMCT1) and free fatty acid receptor 3 (FFAR3) expression was found in the ileum mucosa with LR group (p<.05). Ingestion of LR diet significantly decreased the hexokinase (p<.01) and tend to decrease the pyruvate kinase (p=.050) activities in the liver. Meanwhile, the present results indicated that ingestion of LR diet significantly increased the transcription of gluconeogenesis and lipogenic genes such as forkhead box O1 (FOXO1), fatty acid synthetase3 (FAS3) (p<.05). These findings demonstrated that high amylopectin has harmful effects on hepatic lipid deposit through the modulation of the liver Foxo1 signalling and should be avoided from one's diet. © 2018 Blackwell Verlag GmbH

为研究日粮中添加杜仲叶乙醇粗提物对哺乳母猪血液生化指标的影响,试验采用预产期相近的初产湘村黑母猪12头,随机分为2组,对照组(基础日粮)和杜仲组(基础日粮+20 g杜仲叶粗提物/头·d),每组6个重复,每重复1头母猪进行单因素试验。试验期为分娩前3天到21日龄断奶时。在分娩后第7天和断奶时采集母猪前腔静脉血,3500 r/min离心15 min取血清在全自动生化仪上测生化指标。结果表明:给初产母猪哺乳期添加20 g/头·d的杜仲叶乙醇粗提物能显著增加哺乳第7和第21日龄母猪血清中的三酰甘油浓度(P<0.05),哺乳第7日龄时,杜仲组母猪血清三酰甘油浓度较对照组提高20%,哺乳第21日龄时,杜仲组母猪血清三酰甘油浓度较对照组提高33%。杜仲叶乙醇粗提物和哺乳时间的互作对母猪血清中白蛋白(ALB)和尿素氮(UREA)的影响显著(P<0.05),而哺乳第21日龄时,血清ALB和UREA的浓度因为杜仲叶乙醇粗提物的摄入而下降。杜仲组母猪血清中ALB在哺乳第7日龄时比对照组低17.24%,但哺乳21日龄时杜仲组母猪血清ALB反倒比对照组高1.6%。说明杜仲叶乙醇粗提物能促进初产母猪血液蛋白质和脂肪合成代谢,以保障其哺乳性能。

摘要:
干酒糟及其可溶物( DDGS)是乙醇生产工业副产物,随着生物能源的应用增加,DDGS产量上升。 DDGS最先用于反刍动物生产中,近年来,也有很多报道将DDGS用于猪、鸡等单胃动物生产行业。本文从DDGS的生产工艺、营养组成、对猪的营养价值及其在猪生产上的应用现状以及改进措施等几个方面对近十年来国外学者在 DDGS 上的研究进行了综述。虽然DDGS能替代部分豆粕和玉米用于猪生产中,但由于其质量的不稳定、蛋白质品质的低下和粗纤维含量过高影响了其大量使用。通过过筛、发酵、加酶、不同原料组合使用等方法能扩大并提高DDGS在养殖行业的应用。

为了研究大蒜素对30日龄热应激湘黄鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,试验将40只湘黄鸡随机分为4组,热应激组饲喂基础日粮,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加100,200,400 mg/kg大蒜素。结果表明:日粮中添加200,400 mg/kg大蒜素可促进30日龄热应激湘黄鸡体重的增长;添加200 mg/kg大蒜素能显著提高饲料利用率(P<0.05);同时,在日粮中添加大蒜素可明显提高湘黄鸡胸腺指数以及增加血液中总蛋白和球蛋白含量。说明在日粮中添加大蒜素具有促生长和提高免疫功能的作用。
