<jats:p>Purpose. To explore the effect of rational emotional intervention combined with hierarchical management mode on improving the psychological stress of emergency nurses and trainee nurses. Methods. 50 emergency nurses who worked or practiced in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research object. From June 2019 to May 2020, our hospital adopted the traditional management mode. From June 2020 to May 2021, our hospital adopted the rational emotional intervention combined with hierarchical management mode. The psychological state, work stress, stress response, job burnout, and sleep quality of emergency nurses were compared before and after intervention. Results. Compared with before intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale, the work stress scores, the Maslach burnout inventory score, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of emergency nurses decreased after intervention (<jats:inline-formula>

Abstract: Based on the background of transformation and development of local universities and the idea of individualized education, this study put forward the curriculum system of applied psychology in the guidance of “one center, two divisions, and three paths”. Through the optimization and integration of curriculum and the innovation of practice teaching mode, we could achieve the goal of triage training and help undergraduate students to be successful through multiple paths.#@#@#摘要: 本研究立足地方高校转型发展的背景,秉承“因材施教”的教育思想,提出了以“一中心、二分流、三路径”为导向的应用心理学专业课程体系,通过优化整合专业课程和改革创新实践教学模式,实现对学生的分流培养,促成学生的多路径成才。
